Spanish Water Apartments

An incredible place, the apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We were as a couple in an apartment with a view of the garden on the first floor. It has a spectacular kitchen room with all the utensils that are extremely complete. A super comfortable terrace. Washer and dryer and two bedrooms. We only used one but it was incredibly comfortable with a bathroom included. Outside there is a nice, clean and private pool with sea views. They have an office at the airport where the extremely friendly staff gives you directions. We had a problem with check-in on the third day and they resolved it quickly. They made my stay a pleasure. I would definitely return to this place. Take into account that it is remote, you have to have a car or private transportation, it is not easily accessible which makes it very quiet.

Small-scale apartment complex located in a quiet area (dead end street). Terrain is closed with a gate for which you get a remote control. The apartment (ground floor) with private parking and terrace is big enough for 4 people. The main bedroom has its own bathroom. Unfortunately with mold on the ceilings. Kitchenware mediocre; broken trash can, insufficient and mixed bag of (advertising) cups / glassware, toaster did not work properly (kitchen utensils would be worked on was reported at check-out). There is a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and drying rack. Good working air conditioning in the bedrooms and living / kitchen area. The terrace has a ceiling fan. Beautiful, flowery garden that attracts nice birds. Swimming pool spacious and clean but also needs some maintenance, the tiles are falling off. On the spacious terrace around the pool are sun loungers with a number of palapas. You can also lie on a lounger on the landscaped beach at the Spanish Water. It is a pity that the managers do not put the loungers back neatly and do not clean up the left-over crockery; that looks so much nicer in the morning and certainly for a complex that calls itself luxury. very quiet at night. The site talks about luxury apartments, but that strongly depends on which apartment you rent! Our apartment was not included; great apartment but certainly not luxurious, but you pay for it. (We are not sure of the number anymore (3?c, 3rd complex with a passage next to it, ground floor). Because of the location and tranquility, we will probably come back again.

The location is beautifully situated on the Spanish water, quiet and on the water. The apartment we had rented (4th) should actually be taken out of the rental immediately. Outdated and dirty, not to mention the service. If you rent a luxury apartment and pay for it, you can expect something. The disappointment was all the greater that this apartment was completely worn out, after having cockroaches and contacting the manager, he did not come to take a look once, but one can still give an opinion from a distance.
