Zoetry Curacao Resort & Spa

Special birthday celebration for husband and he thoroughly had a great time! The ambiance, cleanliness and location were great. The staff went out of their way to greet you with a smile and even remember your name. The weather was great and sunny the entire visit. We want to commend the following for making our visit so enjoyable! We did a private 5-course dinner organized by Chef Bryan and Darshan (Supervisor of Bloom Restaurant) in the wine room. We met with Chef Bryan to discuss likes and dislikes and he nailed it! It exceeded our expectations (each course was paired with a wine). Chef Bryan was amazing and Darshan kept the courses and wine coming! Thanks to both Chef Bryan and Darshan. Jessica (Entertainment) most definitely made sure that water aerobics, salsa dancing were enjoyed! She always had a smile and great attitude! Latoya, (Palms Pool Bartender). Could make any drink your imagination could think of! Believe me she was put to the test and even had a few creations of her own! The chocolate martinis were fantastic! Lastly the following waitresses were outstanding, always smiling and anything you might want they made sure you were well taken care of: Ruth, Quishanty, and Jeanderry! Absolutely great, and friendly all the time! Wonderful first time visit to Curaçao!

This trip was a surprise for my mom’s 70th birthday, along with family friends. Our flight got cancelled so we had to miss the first day, but the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and were able to extend our trip by a day so we didnt miss any time.. The entire resort staff was fantastic.. it’s small and felt as if we were at our own private resort, we knew most of the guests by the second day there. Daily activities were highly anticipated at the pool by Jessica, hiatus , & victor — very entertaining and fun (water aerobics, bracelet making, painting with wine , magic show & cocktail class). Food was good, I wish there would have been more options for lunch as there is only one spot and then menu didn’t change, but it was good and there were plenty of options—samone was out daily lunch server and very friendly .. jason , amar, and ingo are drink gurus!!!! I was drinking something different and tasty every time.. all you have to do is name and ingredient and you have a tasty drink at your fingertips .. the golf cart to dreams was a short wait , less than 5 minutes and dom is the best chauffeur around! Great trip, very attentive staff .. they made you feel very welcomed and made sure you got everything you wanted (especially bar staff—Jason magically appeared with specifically requested ingredients for our drinks more than once ( I think a quick trip to dreams was required) .. above and beyond by everyone!

Zoetry is really a nice ambiance I love my look of it! My favorite staff members were Shari and Ruthgalda they were very accommodating and inviting. I also enjoyed Gisel with the Zumba, water activities really good time. The food was okay they did their best I’m just too Americanized I guess. All and all good time and vibes

Zoetry needs a manager that is willing to continually stress the importance of a luxury experience. Guests should not have to specifically ask for coffee refills, they should be anticipated. Food and beverage are a crucial part of a superior vacation experience. There is only one restaurant open each night. All-inclusive is about options, definitely don’t get that here. Although the food was delicious. Zoetry-please consider opening both restaurants every night. By the way, Dreams was not a quality option. The one night we went there, the food was average AT BEST. Finally, our room was beautiful with many luxury touches. However, the mattress was at least 10 years old and offered no support.

Overall we had an amazing time the food was not worth it. And dreams was food was not good and staff at dreams was rude . Beach was too crowded over at dreams and zoetry does not has a beach. But rooms were amazing

The standard of the hotel was excellent, food and drink quality very good and the staff exceptional. One minor issue was you her to cross the road to the dreams resort to get to beach but they was a golf cart that could take you.

Me and my wife stayed at Zoetry Curacao for 5 nights and just got back last week. And I have to say it was a fantastic experience. We are UVC members. It was our 5 year anniversary trip and they went above and beyond to make things special for us. We had a terrible weather delay flying into Curacao that made us lose a day of the trip but Michelle, our assigned representative, helped us recoup the cost of our missed day. The resort had a banner on our door telling us happy anniversary and bottle of champagne with some cake pieces in our room as well. They also gave us a slight upgrade in our room. Our room was cleaned and restocked daily, both the towels and minibar. The resort was beautiful and cozy. It is a smaller resort built for quiet and intimacy. It was not too crowded and you did not have to wake up incredibly early or fight people for chairs by the pool like you have to do at some other resorts. The pool was well maintained. My wife loved the classes that Jessica put on in and by the pool. We loved the pool side service. Special shout out to Ingo, Jason, and Amar the bartenders, they were the best. They kept the drinks coming and produced really tasty cocktails. Ruth was great as a food server, very attentive. The lunch grill is right by the pool. The menu stays the same, but the food is really good, me and my wife really enjoyed the shrimp skewers and the beef wrap. We would take the golf cart over to the Dreams side and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a cart to arrive. I will say that they tell you the cart stops going back and forth at 11 p.m., but it is a short walk between the two resorts. The private Zoetry beach is over at Dreams, and you can also use the Dreams beach. The ocean water was so clear and nice. My wife and I ate at Ocean and Portofino for dinner on two of the nights. The meals were delicious. We did explore the ****** at Dreams but was not really impressed with it. The day before we left, Michelle helped setup a day trip into the city for us. It was not an official excursion or anything but she arranged for a taxi to take us into town and arrange an anniversary dinner at a really nice steak place on Mambo Beach. Willemstad was a beautiful city to see and downtown was very walkable. I really do believe the service me and my wife received was top notch. We are already making plans to return with my mother and in-laws in the future. The one negative thing I will point out is that the resort makes it seem as if it is adults only, however there were children that were allowed to stay at the resort. My wife and I did not mind as there were only 2-3 children there when we were and the children that were there were well behaved and did not interfere with our enjoyment of the activities.
