From beginning to end we received top-notch service. The hotel is beautiful and immaculately clean. The views from the balcony and roof top were amazing! Convenient location, you can walk to many restaurants, the Emma Bridge and vibrant art displays. Plenty of cheap parking directly outside. The owner Mr. C was so helpful and just wonderful!

Stayed here in Aug 2024 with family. Was given a really nice corner unit room. Room is modern (comparatively speaking in Curacao), clean, spacious, and really functional. Staff were incredibly helpful and even allowed us to whatsapp them if any concerns. This is a great location right in the heart of central Willemstad, two minutes walk to the famous Queen Emma floating bridge. There is a large (free, I think) parking lot directly outside the front of the hotel. The only things that we would change would be that when we stayed there, there were almost no shaded areas to sit or lay next to the pool or on the roof. Also sometimes the music from the rooftop or restaurant downstairs played loudly late into the night.

An amazing hotel in a great place, neat restaurants, shops and walking distance from the Queen Emma Bridge. The room was clean, the bed was great and AC worked perfectly. I recommend the hotel for the view you can see from the rooftop, and the great service from the hotel personnel, a big thank you to Armandy and Shelsie for helping us during our stay

I dont give 5 out 5's lightly. This hotel is a hidden gem in downtown Willemstad. The hotel is located at the edge of the business district which is amazing. The hotel is under a little construction and if you're able to look past that, you're time here will be delightful. There are 4 items look for that make my stay enjoyable.... #1: Fast wifi.... check #2: Great A/C.... check #3: Clean sheets/comfy bed.... check #4: Safety..... check There are 3 individuals I met during our stay which 'above and beyond' the normal customer service. Shelsie, Shediah and Carmen (the owner and I'm sorry for butchering the spelling). You are right in the heart of Willemstad and exploring should be top priority. There is a market (grocery) 4 blocks away. Pro tip.... Once you get in the elevator.... hit the ＞|

En calidad precio es excelente. En pleno centro de Willenstad cerca a todo lo que debes conocer en la ciudad. Se puede ir a Mambo Beach hasta en transporte público por la cercanía de la misma. Ademas tiene un rooftop bar que es de lo mejor de la ciudad. Lo mejor del hotel la atención de Shelsie que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.

We definitely liked the cocktails, but we absolutely loved the infinity pool. It's funny, because it's almost a year later right now, and my girl still asks me at least once a week when we're going to the Elements again. Soon Baby, I promise...

What a fun experience! The drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. Super central and very accessible. The food was great and everyone was very kind. The view is amazing, especially at night! Even if you are not staying at the hotel, I recommend visiting the rooftop bar!
