Hotel property was great. The views on the balcony and private beach was a nice site. Fanny was awesome in the mornings and provided free breakfast. Didn't want to leave !

Staff was very kind and helpful. Quiet and safe area walking distance to “downtown”.
- Windows are small, little natural light in rooms. Some walls need to be repainted.

Commençons par les points positifs de l'hôtel : son emplacement dans le Pietermaai district..et ça s'arrête là. Les propriétaires promettent un petit hôtel adult only avec beaucoup de charme mais il n'en est rien. A partir de la date de notre réservation, les déceptions et les déconvenues se sont enchaînées. On vous annonce que la petite piscine n'existe plus, puis on vous dit qu'il est désormais impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel et il faut négocier pour avoir une petite compensation car c'était inclus dans le prix payé (compensation que la personne qui nous a accueilli a essayé de renégocier le soir de notre arrivée en nous disant limite qu'on mentait sur ce qui nous avait été promis), aucune explication donnée sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, portes des chambres défectueuses, humidité plus que flagrante, fuites d'eau, travaux dans le bâtiment, stores cassés, chambres non faites (et toujours une bonne excuse à fournir), annonce soudaine en après-midi au retour d'une excursion que la douche de la chambre est inaccessible jusqu'au lendemain matin et il faut supplier pour avoir une solution de rechange, pas d'eau chaude..bref j'en passe et des meilleures.. Expérience loins du luxe promis et des belles photos de leur site et de leur compte instagram et très loin de leur note sur les sites de réservation/comparaison

L'emplacement (Quartier Pietermaai) est le seul point positif de cet "Hôtel". On est très loin de l'expérience luxueuse annoncée sur leur site internet. Les photos ne correspondent plus du tout à l'état du bâtiment. Bâtiment qui tombe en ruines, forte présence d'humidité, meubles et stores cassés, fenêtres non hermétiques, ... Insonorisation catastrophique (entre les chambres et depuis l'extérieur). Hôte jamais présent sur place et qui ne nous a donné aucune recommandation sur Curaçao et sur le logement. La propreté laisse à désirer. Les chambres ne sont pas faites tous les jours comme prévu par la réservation. Il n'y a pas de parking gratuit réservé pour l'hôtel mais uniquement du stationnement gratuit et public dans la rue. Lors des soirs animés, difficile de trouver une place facilement.

If you’re looking for a centrally located Willemstad property with cold AC and a hostel/B B feel, this is it! Staff was accommodating and polite. Property maintenance was a bit loose (ex: cocktail napkin sat in the hallway for three days, old, failing chairs near beach area, burned out lights in room and outdoor seating area, dying plants in planters, etc) and upgrades felt a bit rushed (ex: faucets loose on tub and bathroom fixtures) with a DIY feel to their fit-and-finish. Stayed in a unit on the top floor - stairs were extremely steep (would not be appropriate for anyone with mobility limitations) and unfortunately had a faint-to-moderate sewage smell lingering for the duration of our stay (possibly plumbing related). If you rent a car, be aware that weekend parking can be very challenging. Overall, the homemade breakfast was appreciated, and location was convenient.

The experience at Terra has not been good overall. The double room is too small: we were two people with two small suitcases and, even so, it was difficult to move around. In this small room the BATHROOM DOES NOT HAVE A DOOR. The hotel does not have a reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. It is well located and cleanliness is correct. I recognize the good disposition of the staff who agreed to charge us only a portion of my reservation when we requested to leave the hotel early.
