The hotel itself was very old and did not look and feel like it was clean. I was very disappointed in this La Quinta Inn. Felt like a Motel 6 or a 1-2 start hotel. The best issue I had was the key card. It stop working after a few hours. I had to get a new key card 4/5 times. Very annoying and inconsistence. I never had anything from the front desk other than getting a new key and telling good luck. Horrible customer service.

The dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel. It looks like they cleaned the floor with grease, didn't change the sheets or vacuum. The sheets had stains and cigarette burn holes.
The website wouldn’t allow me to attach a single photo to prove my point due to size limit.

There were several issues with my stay
The toilet in my room did not flush and I told several people and when I left it still was not addressed
I was on the 3rd floor and the ice machines were out of order on 3,2 and I had to go to 1 for ice
The bathroom on 1 was out of order so I couldn’t use that when my toilet was out of service
I was very disappointed when an employee scolded me for putting too much batter in the waffle machine when I only followed the instructions on the machine
I don’t think I will stay there again

Property is not ready for prime time. Wheelchair barely fit through door openings, Exterior doors in the section we were in are not handicap accessible. Breakfast was OK.
Very few other quests other than contractors, plenty of parking. Convenient to Williamsburg. No room service unless you schedule it.

Awefull hotel needs an lot of upgrades. It was dirty. The only reason we stay is we couldn't get a refund. We will never stay here ever again

There was water on the bathroom floor from a leaky toilet. The television in the second room had no power cord and was not connected to cable.
