Passing through while traveling. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful and check in was easy. Parking was in the deck across the street- so pretty convenient. Room was nice and clean but kinda small. Bed was super comfy- it was quiet- so slept well. Breakfast was ample with some better options than I’ve had elsewhere. The quiches were a nice option. Would stay here again if in the area.

Where to start. Amazing staff at the front desk. Even the night auditor was great to talk to. He had fresh hot coffee for me at 11PM. Can’t find a spot of dirt. Food was decent as well. There is no doubt that I will stay at this hotel. The next time I’m in town.

I was downstairs early for breakfast on my first day of a weeks stay, but Mary Lou, the breakfast manager took it in stride and nevertheless supplied me with a delicious hot meal of spinach Swiss cheese quiche and whatever else the hotel had at her disposal. She spoiled me, and everyone else with a wonderfully stocked breakfast all week long. She clearly loves her job and gives the day a cheerful start. There were a couple housekeeping and bookkeeping glitches, but everything was corrected to my satisfaction.

I’m here on business for a 2 week stay. After a week in I can report that everything is so far so good. From the moment I arrived the front desk staff has been pleasant, kind, informative, and helpful. The room is clean, everything works, bed is comfortable….not much more one could ask. The hotel offers a continental breakfast every morning and endless coffee throughout the day. The gym is a bit small but I was the only one in there so it worked out perfectly for me. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Williamsport.

Not up to Marriott standards. Front staff were marginally helpful. Had several issues. First mobile key wouldn't work, then we found a bag full of kitchen garbage still under the sink from the last guest (very icky). Also found an empty vodka bottle in the bathroom vanity - don't they clean these rooms? Ran out of tissues and asked front desk person for another box. She said they didn't have any in the office by the front desk and she would send someone up with a box. Guess what - never received. And then after we went to bed, the phone kept ringing but no one on the other end. Will not stay here again and cannot recommend.

Business travel landed me in this establishment. From what I could gather, Williamsport is a small older city and the home of the Little League Baseball. The load/unload area was a bit tight. The hotel parking was nice and free. It's a parking deck across the street. The hotel lobby had a very informative map of the downtown area and its key establishments. That was neat. My room was ok. Housekeeping and maintenance need to focus on details. Lighting in the bathroom was disappointing, but the art in the room was nice.

My stay was wonderful. The evening front desk staff was helpful with giving us details about the area. The room was smaller than I imagined via the pictures but we made it work. The room was cleaned well. Breakfast was a nice offer, I would suggest having some gluten free options besides cold cereal or oatmeal. The Wednesday night reception was a nice surprise. The pool left something to be desired, it was not clear, we did not venture in. Overall I enjoyed my stay and felt safe in the area.

I stayed here one night on my way to upstate New York. The hotel was a solid choice. For a domestic property they had good Platinum recognition. Breakfast was decent for a free meal but mostly what you'd expect cereal, oatmeal, fruit and some prepackaged hot options. Not awesome but ok for this level of service. There is a small amount of parking in front of the hotel for check-in but overnight parking is across the street above the bus station. We had a two bedroom suite which was a great for three of us travelling together (this was what we paid for it was not an upgrade). Overall I would hesitate to stay here again.

We almost always stay at Marriott properties and usually love them, including the Towne Place Suites. But not this one, despite the fact that they claimed they were following COVID protocols, no one had a mask on including the clerk. The front desk seemed to be distracted and not very interested in checking us in. The room was ok, but the sheets were incredibly thin and worn, and the bed was terrible. Water pressure in shower was bad, and towels were very poor quality. Disappointing to see this in a Marriott property.
