My spouse and I travel to the US once a week the reason we booked this hotel was because there was a Jacuzzi tub. Driving the extra distance and paying for an extra upgrade and then not having hot water was a little disappointing. When I inform the front desk, I was told there was an issue with the boiler, I was asked to speak to management in the morning. When I went down to speak to the manager, he had” just left the building” he left me a voicemail later that day, informing me that he would credit my account $25. This was very disappointing as the upgrade definitely cost me more than $25 and driving the extra distance to not get what I paid for…. Very disappointed.

What a fantastic place ! This place treats you like royalty ! Very conveniently located in Williamsville which is minutes from Buffalo. The food is always fantastic in their restaurant also ! Truly one of our favorite places ! If you are going to a BILLS GME STAY HERE !

Experienced the most exceptional stay the room was amazing the service and staff are second to none, and the added bonus in meeting Mr. Russell Salvatore being the first class host he’s been in Buffalo for years!!! He made sure everyone was nice to me seriously I loved it
