Besser werden, und Raucherbereiche einschränken
Leider keine Klima. Zimmer waren nicht ganz sauber. Staub und Spinnweben. STÜHLE WAREN SEHR UNBEQUEM. WLAN MÄSSIG. Gardinen nicht richtig befestigt. Zimmer war sehr warm 216.
Viel Verkehr vor der Terrasse 😥

Nie wieder
Dieses Hotel ist schwer in die Jahre gekommen, schrecklich, alt, untergekommen, Zimmer dreckig, alt, abgerannst.Wir haben 3x das Zimmer gewechselt, Zimmer muffig, richend, dreckige. Durch die Fenster konnte man nicht schauen, so schmutzig, Gardinen zerrissen alt, richend. Frag mich wo diese Bewerbungen herkommen, wir sind enttäuscht und wollen unser Geld wieder.

Good price, terrible service.
Nice location, great breakfast, good price. We hade to switch rooms three times. First one due to heavy cigarette smell in the carpets and walls. Second room hadn't been cleaned with dirty dishes and no new linens and towels. Third room we got we stayed it too hadn't had the beds made. The rooms are nice but the service and willingness to remedy the terrible check in procedure by the staff was the worst I've ever encountered. Loud sighs and stating "this is not my job". It sure as h e double l isn't the customer's job to make the beds or do the dishes. Other than that, good stay. But the initial welcome kind of soured the whole stay.

Nettes Familienhotel im Upland
Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommenen, aber für einen Kurztrip mit der Familie wirklich zu empfehlen.
Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, das Bad leider etwas knapp bemessen. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das kleine Schwimmbad reicht für eine Stunde planschen völlig aus. Frühstück war Klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
