We had a great check in. Very friendly! Needed a ground floor room for my Mom and they accommodated us. The room was beautiful. Very clean. The refrigerator didn't work. We went into the hot tub and enjoyed it. It is very small but was so worth it. Had a good breakfast selections.

They have a decent breakfast. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We feel safe. We are senior citizens so that is an important part of our life.

The scratchiest sheets I’ve ever felt ! In all my hotel stays thru years . Skimpy towels. Honestly how did this motel pass BW standards ? Old smell in room . Out dated furnishings like the 80 s. A shabby feeling . Very minimum breakfast no hot food tho theirs is a waffle maker . Very small breakfast room . No elevator . Across the street to a great restaurant lumberjacks

The motel is easy access, has a pool and spa. Owners and staff are accommodating. I am there weekly and will continue to come back. The hardest part is when the big trucks come into the parking lot it is hard to find a spot to park. Otherwise the place is the best spot in Willits

The rooms were very clean, and well maintained. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean, and refreshing. Breakfast had a good selection to pick from.

Clean and nicely kept up. Nice pool. A little expensive for a pretty basic room. Bed was very firm and lumpy so quite uncomfortable.

The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was yellow green color very dirty. The pillows were the cheapest I have seen at a best western, sheets felt like you were sleeping on plastic and beds were very old.
