This place looks better on the outside. The rooms feel old, or maybe it was just the smell of the whole building. Our bathroom didnt not have a fan and the wall vent didnt do anything so sharing a bathroom with a whole family was not ideal. With no ventilation, mold grows in the bathroom.

The staff was good, but there were a number of minor issues that added up. There was no place to park in the drive through for check in. The drawers in the kitchen were stained. The silverware was incomplete - 1 spoon, 2 forks. There was a small hole in the bedroom where the door hit the wall. The thermostat wasn't working right. The door key wasn't working and, after two tries, it was determined the battery was dead. The cook didn't show up for breakfast on Sunday and so breakfast was late. The one who came in later was great.

I am really happy with a selection of that hotel . Price was a little high for me but we shared a 2 queen bed suit with friends . Building outside looked nice and it were enough of parking spaces , location of the hotel was great for us, just 10-15 min to the beach and 5 min to the UNCW where our kids attended a camp . Lobby was clean , coffee and fruits were available all day . Breakfast was good and looks like a lot of choices , and had make your own waffles . Coffee was hot and fresh . Our room smelled good and was clean . Beds were comfy . Shower was a little dated , but worked just fine . Room service did not clean our room but changer towels . Our suit had a fridge, stove, microwave and everything was in a worked order . Hotel is pet friendly , but I did not hear barking or smelled pets. People who work there are friendly and looks like taking a great care of the hotel . We will stay again if back to the area

Will definitely stay again if in the area. A little disappointed that ob Sunday,the day we were leaving,had to wait until 8:30 for breakfast because someone had called in sick.

Service was amazing, room was very clean. They called me ahead of time to let me know the room I originally booked was currently out of service due to the A/C unit going out and was upgraded to an even better room. Definitely would recommend

Simply exceeded my expectations in every way!!!! The staff is amazing. The check in check out process painless. The included breakfast offered something for everyone. Hot items, cold items, bagels, fruit, yogurt …and they kept it spotless.! Monday-Wednesday they have a welcome service with hot items and wine and beer..all served with a smile! The beds are comfortable, sheets soft. The entire unit I stayed in was spotless!!! I would go again in a split second!
