Stayed here for 3 nights with friends had a lovely time, Tanya& Rob are a lovely couple who like to have a wee chat,rooms on small side but clean and a comfy bed,breakfasts are delicious what more do you need,b& b is situated near shops bars restaurants parking available on street ,short walk into bowness would definitely visit again .

My friend and I stayed at Autumn Leaves for 3 nights. The owners made us very welcome. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was very good, it set us up for the day. We would definitely go back and pass the details to our friends.

Had an excellent stay over September. Fantastic location, very friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. Bus stop not far from the hotel takes you multiple locations. Would definitely recommend staying here, we will definitely making a return.

Lovely B&B, Rob the host very friendly and helpful. Super breakfasts, rooms just right and located in the heart of Windermere - plenty to do in the town and all located very near to the B&B - I highly recommend Autumn Leaves for the perfect Lake District break.

Rob and Tanya are so welcoming and hospitable, it’s like coming home. This was my third or fourth stay with them. Their guest house is clean, comfortable and cozy. It’s centrally located in Windermere and it’s so pleasant to be able to get out of the car and be able to walk everywhere, everything you need is so close by. And their breakfast is delicious!

Just came back from another lovely stay at one of our old favourites. Rob was very welcoming as always, room was lovely and clean, bed very comfortable and the full English breakfast was delicious. Close by to shops, restaurants, bus & train. We’ll be back again!

Autumn Leaves guest house is 5 stars all round. I would give more stars if I could! From arriving Rob and Tanya made my son and I most welcome and both the perfect hosts. The twin room was perfect, clean, cosy with comfortable beds with a perfect ensuite and the breakfast superb and a must. Hotel standard with warmth and care. The guest house is located in a perfect spot for access to any location in the Lakes. A real 'home from home' and I will recommend to all my family, friends and work chums for sure. I will book again in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💖

Lovely little b & b Rob & Tanya were very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed the breakfast and good parking which was free great location also couldn't fault it would stay again great value for money room was comfortable very quiet had a good night's sleep.
