The location is very nice and the staff are very friendly. I recommend.

We had a fabulous weekend And the holiday inn at Windsor was 100% immaculate the staff n service and breakfast was amazing Thankyou Windsor staff you are amazing Well done 🤗

All was ok. But nothing more. Sheets were clean, bathroom too. Surfaces in the room could have used a bit more attention. The bed's mattress was ok, the pullout sofa or couch was very uncomfortable even for the weight of a child. The windows do not protect the room from outside noises. All of the staff was very nice and beyond helpful.

Too far from the station, we needed to walk around 20 mins. Breadfast is included and it was not too bad, full English breadfast. The room was clean and quick check-in from the reception. Tea/coffee provided in the room.

Great service. Location isn’t too bad. About a 20min walk to the castle and station. Very clean, price was a bit much but it was last minute and coronation weekend.

We only had breakfast. The juice was just water by time I we wanted one. And it was not refilled. The sausage was also not good. Food kept running out and there was no one to monitor the stock. I was locked out twice the room and had to go to the reception to have the access key re activated. The room was okay.

The hotel is close to Windsor Castle and provides free parking. The parking lot is on the underground first floor and there is an elevator, which is very important and very convenient for travelers with luggage. The family room we booked is relatively large and has a sofa bed, which is very suitable for a family of three. The hotel provides a buffet on the first floor. Go early to have fewer people and a beautiful environment.

Ctrip's customer service is so great! The rooms in Oxford and Windsor were coordinated by them, making our trip twice as comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you again!!!

The hotel has few breakfast options, the room is average, the sofa bed was made in advance, and the location is close to the subway station and bus station. We asked for cleaning, but it didn't come until the evening. We had no choice but to call the front desk to clean the trash can in the room first. I personally think it doesn't match the price of 3000 per night. We left a message for a high floor, but we were arranged on the first floor.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Windsor Castle. The hotel staff are good and bad. I have stayed in hundreds of HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS hotels, and Holiday Inn Express is usually my first choice. But I don't recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express Windsor!

Nice Windsor Hotel, good location, close to Legoland, easy to get a taxi. Next to the police station, psychologically safe and reassuring. Nice hotel, good value for money.

Good location, 15 minutes walk to Windsor, newly renovated, clean room, but very little water flow when showering. Overall, good value for money. Need to pay 15 pounds for parking.

This is the hotel with the worst restaurant hygiene among all the hotels I have stayed in. Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. The restaurant is the worst place. There are unwashed food residues in the spoons, bowls and cups. I changed them one after another, but they were all almost the same, which greatly affected my appetite. It was like this for two days in a row. It was also the only restaurant whose hygiene defeated my appetite during my trip to the UK.

The twin room I booked has a bed and a sofa bed. It's like this in the UK. Twin beds are rare, but I can sleep in it. The service attitude is good.
