We had a fantastic stay thanks to the team at McDonalds. The hotel is really comfortable and tastefully decorated. Location is fantastic. The staff are fantastic and beyond accommodating. We will be back!

Our short stay in Windsor was made all the better with our stay at th Mcdonald Hotel. Ideally located, friendly staff and excellent room.

The room is small, the layout is decent, and it is very careful, close to Windsor Castle, is still very convenient, the scenery is good

Lovely hotel, right opposite the castle. Our room was lovely, it was a really good size. The bar and lobby though was vey cold and uninviting, could have done with the air conditioning being turned down, otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel, good value. I would highly recommend. New, modern but quality and breakfast was exceptional!

Not bad and can be improved

Nice hotel, close with Windsor Castle. Happy to stay on platinum jubilee celebration. It was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Windsor. 

The location is very good, with good food, drinks, fun and shopping nearby. I stay here every time I come here. My children are very satisfied. The service is average, but it is okay for one or two days. Compared with the surrounding areas, it is still good. The price-performance ratio is incomparable. This is the UK.

The third time I stayed here, the room was very clean. The service staff are mature, professional, and the management is standardized. Breakfast is a traditional English buffet, or you can order off the menu for an extra fee. Windsor Castle is 200 meters away.

I arrived at Windsor Castle Hotel in the middle of the night with my luggage and children, and was told that the order successfully booked through the official website of Windsor Castle Hotel was cancelled! I despise Windsor Castle Hotel for not abiding by the agreement, not confirming with the customer, and unilaterally canceling the customer's order! I had to stay at the MacDonald Hotel next door at the temporary price of the day. In general, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages 1. Excellent location, right at the door of Windsor Castle, within walking distance 2. The bathroom should be renovated later, spacious and bright, with dry and wet separation 3. The carpet should be replaced, which seriously affects the comfort experience 4. The breakfast service is in place, and the restaurant service responds very promptly 5. It is recommended to add buffer facilities to the fire door, and the occasional opening and closing sound in the middle of the night affects rest 6. The door does not have an anti-theft chain/buckle, which lacks a sense of security.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just across from Windsor Castle. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite, which mainly serves simple noodle and rice dishes. The hotel's internal facilities are very new, and the rooms are also very clean and comfortable. The hotel's buffet breakfast is very good, and it is recommended to include breakfast when booking a room. I would like to remind friends who drive themselves, because the location of the hotel is so good, there is a traffic light at the door, and theoretically you cannot park. In reality, you can only pull over and unload your luggage immediately and leave. You can do this by taxi; if you drive yourself, if you have a companion, you can quickly unload and look after the luggage, and the driver will drive away immediately to park. If you are alone, you can only park first and then drag your luggage to the hotel. I turned on the emergency lights at the hotel entrance to wait for the hotel valet parking, but it was late. Because it was parked in front of the traffic light, it caused serious dissatisfaction among the cars behind, and called the traffic police. Under the severe urging of the traffic police, I could only drive away with my luggage. The nearest parking garage to the hotel is Q-Park Windsor Yards (Charles St., Windsor SL4 1EF, UK), which is open 24 hours a day and charges 24 pounds for 6-24 hours.

It is very close to Windsor and the station. There is a restaurant just outside the door, which is very convenient. The hotel is very warm and comfortable. It is highly recommended.
