For $120- my expectations were basic for a bloke.
The service was friendly and beer cold.
Room 3 was a decent size with high ceilings. The decor resembled a Harry Potter horror film without the blood. Mould in the shower, an unrecognizable stain on a wall picture, sheets were clean but stained, mattress had a good life and now overdue its pension, tv entertainment was mediocre to navigate, ceiling paint peeling and the bathroom looked like it was tiled renovated by a backpacker 15yrs ago.
On a positive, I was able to get some sleep, but then again, I can squeeze in a power nap on a 10min bus ride.

Not well kept. Old, not maintained, stains on ceiling, no bath mat, no shower curtain, Toilet roll holder not fastened. TV very old and slow.
Overall - just pathetic.

Good points - the staff member was very friendly and the bar was fine. Bad points - The accommodation. We have no trouble staying in pub accommodation with shared bathrooms and loud patrons and bands. But the state of the accommodation here was completely unacceptable at any price. Our room had dirty stained carpet, yellowish stained sheets, pillowcases and doona cover. The mattress was very lumpy and broken. The TV kind of worked? There was only one small towel provided, despite there being two guests. The staff tried to find another one but to no avail. The women's bathroom was covered in mould and looked disgusting and the men's bathroom toilet had trouble flushing. I cannot speak about the other rooms but in no way do the photos on this site reflect the state of the room we stayed in. This is false advertising.

No ensuite. Shared shower is moldy and gross. Only one towel supplied for 2 guests for 3 days - asked for another one and there were none available on the property. Loud live music all weekend. Thin walls-noises from neighbours disturbed my sleep. No aircon- room too hot to sleep in.

It's quite although located at the crossroads. The staff helped me to get into my room as I left the key by mistake inside it
