The property seems in renovation with garbage everywhere... Room was dirty we had to clean it before stay becaus it was prepaid to *******. 2 awful nights. Lots of offers in Windsor Locks for better !

Smelly room, dirty room,the bed they gave me was broken so I went to front desk to report and they didn’t even care to move me to another room. It was noisy all night long from the other rooms.

Our first 3 nights were great the 4th night they had us change rooms tv was broke doors were broke and there was no tissues no toilet paper total opposite of the first room staff was nice but not helpful fixing the room

The halls were not vacuumed. The room floors were dirty including behind and around the furniture. The only water drinking source is vending machine bottled water. I asked for a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. The people in the room next door talked all night. In fact, I don't think they ever went to sleep. It's 9 AM and they are still talking. I woke up about five times because of this and the smell. I will never stay here again, nor do I recommend it for anyone Who needs a good nights, rest, cleanliness, and basic supplies
