Convenient to the airport for an overnight stay from a late arriving international flight. Free LAZ Fly shuttle that runs 24 hrs. Easy check in. Great front desk staff. Comfortable room with updated furnishings. Great mattress. Decent hot breakfast although wish they stayed open later than 9am.

We stayed here for a few days. First impression was the super friendly, helpful lady at the front desk. Ket made us feel very welcome. Whenever we walked by the front desk, got a wave and a Hello...Actually all the staff we ran into were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. The room had a fridge, dishes, cook top. There was no breakfast available, but they had things to buy. Now that we know there is a toaster and microwave we will just bring something along. No big deal at all. The room was spacious and like I said, very clean. We would certainly stay here again.

Overall good, very close to the airport, breakfast service is very long, service starts at 4 in the morning, breakfast is also very good, WiFi is better, speed is fast, there is airport shuttle service, there are gas stations around, restaurants, more convenient

Very sad representation of sheraton. Got a room, got in. Unpacked. After some time went to heat some water for tea and the cold water leveler did not work. It was NOT attached to the whole faucet. That means its only scorching hot water for face and hand washing and nothing else. No tea no water. I called to the front desk. The young lady said ” oh yeah, its not broken you just have to wiggle it the right way”. I said sure hung up amd went to wiggle it some. After carefully playing with the cold water leveler bending down under the sink to try to see whats really up I decided thats not ok. I went back to calling front desk again. Nobody picked up. I called again. Finally a nice gentleman picks up. I explain the whole sotry again from the start he says he will send a maintanance man to check. 10-15 minutes passes, nobody comes. Im tired, hungry, dirty, cranky so is my travel buddy. I grab my keycard. I go downstairs. I meet that nice gentleman and explain the issue and ask for a new room. He gives me the new room card. I go up, start repacking my suitcases to move. Mid packing maintanance man shows up, suprised there is an issue. He grabs the leveler and says ” oh ok, its broken” no sh*t. We move to new room. Smells nasty, like somebody was smoking in it for the past week 24/7. I let it go. I turn the water on and the cold water was not cold it was at best luke warm...yes i had to drink it as there were no stores around so had to make do with what i had. The sheets were nasty, please take a look at the ”comforter/blanket” it will speak for itself. Sheraton aint the same.. pitty

I stayed overnight with my son who had to take a very early flight at Bradley on the following morning. The location is excellent for getting to the airport. Now for pros and cons. This staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. There really aren’t a lot brand new hotels from which to choose in the area, and this hotel may be the best of the local group. Maybe the Sheraton at the airport is tops but it’s more expensive. There are many separate two floor buildings in this complex but no elevators to the second floor. Breakfast is served in the front building where you check in, which could be a distance from your unit. We were fine with that. Our one bedroom with a living room and small kitchen unit, room 4109, was clean and spacious. The only negatives for our room was one, that the AC system struggled to lower the temperature and kept constantly running. And second, some “store mode” icon kept appearing on the LR TV, which advertised features of the set, like 4K, UHD, etc. It would disappear when you press a button on the remote, but would re-appear shortly thereafter. Like the Chinese water torture, it got to us after a while, so we had to move into the bedroom and watch TV on a second set. That’s about it, and if in the area, I’d stay here again.
