Hyatt House Winnipeg South/Outlet Collection

My stay here was not great. When taking a shower, the bathroom flooded because there was a missing seal between the shower doors? Luckily I didn't slip and hurt myself. Used all the towels in the room to try clean the mess up. Went to the front desk to inform them, they knew exactly what I was talking about? Why was it not fixed before my stay if they knew? Came for breakfast and all the tables were dirty, had to clean our table off and wiped it down. The only time we seen someone cleaning the tables was the end of breakfast? Food here is crazy expensive. Order food at 7:30 pm, food showed up to my room at 9:15 and was cold. Very disappointed. The bowl of soup was not what I ordered? A bowl of soup and a chicken Caesar salad with two starters, almost $70. That's ridiculous! Food shows up almost an hour and a half later? Advising people to stay away from this hotel.

What a treasure this place is. I needed to live there almost eight weeks while my place was being renovated and Hyatt House made my stay totally wonderful. Awesome staff, accommodation, and amenities. I can't praise this place enough.

Toilet bowl was clogged in the morning, wanted to call receptionist but kids still sleeping. Carpet floors inside the room has stain same as sofa and tv cabinet, not a lot but those stains looks dirty. Service is okay, food breakfast is fine.Overall, experience is not that good, it was just okay.

It was okay. The only issue is the wobbly toilet bowl.

Bigger space. I like the kitchinette.

Safe, quiet and convenient location. Staff at check-in excellent. All staff were wonderful and accommodating. Excellent stay and I’ll be back.

Very enjoyable stay. Clean rooms and ideal location. Price is also very good for what you get. The bar downstairs is a nice touch.
