It was amazing very fun a lot of things for my family to do I would love to come back

I called to report a stain and something on the toilet, was told housekeeping would come but no one ever showed up. The floors was clean either which I also reported, yet nothing happened.

We had a great time here. The rooms are spacious, clean, up to date. Way better than I expected.

This was an excellent resort. Had never heard of it before, but it is located near everything. Really clean and great customer service.  Look forward to a return trip.

I was looking for accommodations nearby to go to Disney World, and I heard there was a shuttle, so I went to Likitiki. You can enjoy the swimming pool inside until late, and the food sold in front of the pool is delicious. I regretted bringing ramen because there were all cooking utensils and electric kettles in the room. It was a fun time.

The environment in the condo The swimming pool waterscape facilities were good. The view from the balcony was especially beautiful. It was safe and spacious. However, there is no soundproofing, so you can hear loud noises from next door.

the units are a bit outdated buttt they are spacious and clean . There is also plenty to do on the property from paddle boating to basketball and of course the water park ! i really loved there is a big swimming area for my older kids as well as a baby pool for my 1 year old

Love Liki Tiki and all that they provide. The only one negative is that they need to change the mattress for this pull out. My group reserved 5 different rooms. All 5 had the same complaint. We ended up buying an air mattress just so the kids wouldn’t feel the metal under that mattress. Hopefully the owner sees this. It’s time for upgrades! But outside of that everyone was super friendly. More then enough things to do and not far from shopping *****.

This has great potential but when you look closely the room was very dirty. The staff who checked me in and the lobby are were really nice. The room when you look close everything is very old and noted to be dirty. Other people were up super late or super early and very loud walls are too thin

Terrible costumer service. They have an option to comunícate with them via text message…….Terrible, after 4 attempts and wait 5 hours I get a response. The supervisor came in person to verify a very bad smoke odor at 11:30PM and offered at that time a new room really??? Having two little kids movinig at that time, definitely unacceptable I was waiting 5 hours, it could be resolve in minutes. Room was not properly clean either. Water park excelente, friendly staff on this promise

We enjoyed our stay!! Check in was a piece of cake :) our condo was ready as soon as we got there. It was beautiful, very clean! Along with a balcony which was the cherry on top! The kids enjoyed the water park there was also 2 other pool's on site. The location was very close to shopping area and food. Will highly recommend!! Will definitely be staying here again!!!

Amazing property, big apartments, awesome room service, very fast as soon as you message, great value for money. excellent choice for families of 4. felt every penny was worth it .

This is a great resort. One whole building is being revamped so others may have been too. Our unit was VERY dusty, dresser, blinds, headboard... Also, they had painters go in and it was a very sloppy job. Not what I would want to represent an otherwise excellent resort. The horrible paint job with paint splotches all over the door/trim and all on the floor looked more like a cheap hotel. That is not this resort. So hopefully, all units are getting an upgrade in the future. The whole resort is great!
