excellent choice for family , beds very good and comfy and good service too , very nice breakfast spread compared to US standards

Hotel staff at the beginning of checking was nice and friendly then During the 7 days we was there they grew to get upset and rude wouldn’t clean room when asked kept charging my card repeatedly for parking and resort fee when it’s not a resort and it has free parking the tv broke in our room and the mini fridge was broken as well and shower water smelled like rotten eggs explained this to them and was told to they were going to exchange room for us while we were at Disney world which was never done stood In the same room with the same issues won’t be staying there again until they get new employees who are nice and do fixing to there property

15 mins from Disney Theme park. Quite spacious room but messy restroom.

There were some glitches but overall very good remodeling.

Nice Hotel to stay, easy check in!

Booked the hotel as it is very close by the airport. The location is excellent 5 mins walk across the airport but the room is a bit run down and smell. I checked other hotels nearby and surestay price is lower in comparison. It is definitely over priced at $160. Better stay downtown and take link next time I come to Seattle.

Stayed one night during a trip to Disneyland. Very cozy and clean hotel. The American breakfast is good, the children said it was a pity there were no sausages)

The hotel is very comfortable. The room is big and clean. The bathroom is also big and clean. The breakfast is rich and the gym is diverse and clean. You can order drinks by the pool. Everything is very convenient and close to Disney

Although the hotel is a 2-star hotel, it is fully equipped and new. It is very comfortable to stay in. There is also a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. However, the breakfast is very average, with ready-made food provided.

The room is tidy and hygienic. The double bed room is relatively spacious. I can accommodate two persons, one large and one small. I am particularly satisfied with the fact that the shower room is very comfortable and clean. I think this is a treasure hotel when visiting Disneyland in Orlando. It has a free park shuttle, and even taking an Uber Lyft only costs a little more than 10 dollars. It is especially friendly to families with children. Not only does children stay for free but also breakfast is free. This is the only one among the many hotels in Orlando that I checked. The breakfast variety is quite rich, including my favorite decaf coffee made with oat milk. If I come next year, this is definitely the place to stay. Ctrip booking is really cost-effective. Highly recommended. I would give it an 11 out of 10, and one more point for the friendly front desk.
