It was absolutely amazing stay!! I don’t know how newly built but every corner of the building was totally clean which I care about most! The bed was very comfortable that wasn’t too soft nor hard with a such comfy touch of beddings! We had more choice of hotels but I’m very glad and worth of 30min drive from where we visited. Strongly recommend!!

Great stay the amenities are the best of any hotel I've visited recently

This hotel is very nice and clean. Staff was superb, very cordial and helpful. It is walking distance to Legoland (10 min normal pace), so that was a big plus. Free parking on premises and many eating options around. Cons: the pool is not heated, so it was extremely cold for Spring. Even though they state the suites as "full kitchen", there is no stove and therefore you cannot cook. However, the front desk staff offered a portable electric burner. Breakfast is limited and could be better. Overall, this is a great place for families if going to Legoland, or for business in central Winter Haven

At check-in, we were informed that certain loyalty benefits would not apply because of how the reservation was made. While that was disappointing, we continued with our stay. When we entered the room, there was a very strong odor of smoke and food. We contacted the front desk immediately, and staff came to assess the situation. We were told the matter would be addressed, but there was no follow-up. While I understand that some situations may be outside of a hotel’s direct control, the lack of communication afterward was disappointing. We travel to this area frequently and expected better service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will choose a different property in the future.

Great staff - the best I’ve encountered at a hotel in a long while! Love Cherry and Lorna especially! The rooms were great. Walking distance to Legoland (13-15min), but easy to do with crosswalks. We enjoyed the breakfast and space in the rooms.

Clean big rooms. Lots of amenities and many good restaurants and grocery stores near by!!

First note- Samantha at check in is the best person I’ve met for check in! Very informative and knowledgeable of the area! Rooms are beautiful, spacious & very very clean. Well taken care of property and always see the staff cleaning inside and outside especially in the morning time. Perfect hotel, highly recommend for families!

The location is fantastic. Parking is easy. Check-in was easy as well. Courteous staff. The room is extremely spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a nice extra to have. The only thing would be is to improve on the bed linen as the texture of the top sheet/cover is a bit rough. We would stay here again. Perhaps a bit more competitive pricing compared to the Legoland Beach resort with a attract more customer into this property.
