Great hotel, just could be cleaner. Facilities are good, but the quality is lower than what I am used to from 4 star hotels. Too bad there is no refrigerator in the room. Bedding is also not that nice, doesn't feel completely fresh.

Tijdens Black Friday een boeking gedaan. Daarna de reviews gelezen en geschrokken. Geprobeerd om te annuleren maar volgens de voorschriften is dit niet mogelijk. Toch maar gegaan met de nodige reserves. Tijdens het verblijf in het hotel vroeg ik me steeds meer af waar die negatieve reviews vandaan komen. Hebben deze mensen wel hetzelfde hotel gehad? Toen we ons meldden bij de receptie werden we uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen. Kamers zijn wel eenvoudig maar schoon. We zijn in het restaurant gaan eten en het was heerlijk. Dit hotel heeft ons op positieve manier verrast. Voor ons is het voor herhaling vatbaar.

Hotel is te vies om met een tang aan te pakken. Bij de ingang zie je de sigaretten peuken. Het lijkt erop dat het hotel enkel het beddengoed verwisseld, maar de rest is vies en goor. Mega veel stof onder het bed en achter de gordijnen. Ventilatie van de douche is vol met stof. Deur en Vensterbank is zo vies met vlekken en vettig. Bah.....

Fijn kort verblijf!
Keurig personeel dus grote complimenten aan het team.
Kamers ook heerlijk schoon!
Voor het ontbijt heel fijn dat wij iets voor 7.00 uur al terecht mochten!
Ik zou alleen bij zo'n mooie avond als die wij woensdag hadden wel diner op het terras aanbieden wat nu niet kon/ mocht. (was volgens mij voldoende personeel en loopafstand was prima te overzien)
En enkel aardappelgarnituur bij Saté is een beetje gek toch? Dat je dan los voor je frites bij moet betalen i.p.v. wisselen voor aardappelgarnituur.

Best before expired long time ago……
I am writing this review at 05 in the morning because the bed keeps me awake, it is completely worn out, soft, and I can feel the springs from the mattress in my back.
There seems to be a topping bedding mattress missing, it feels unhygienic and the sheet just moves around. It supposed to be a double bed but the two separate beds just sliding apart. The pillow is also warned out with lumps in it. The heat in the room was off and it felt cold when we arrived. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower cabin, unfortunately the shower was faulty so all the water ran out onto the bathroom floor. The towels are so warn out, frayed and torn. Rooms were very poorly cleaned.
We tried the pool which was nice and felt fresh apart from some odor that came from time to time. The pool was a little too cold for my taste. We also bowled on extremely worn out courts. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, a hamburger which was ok and a mixed grill which was an extremely small portion. The breakfast was basic, no large selection and not worth the price.
It must have been a nice facility once upon a time, now it feels very worn out and as if they are struggling to get it going around.

Nog nooit zo'n slechte hotel ervaring gehad, vooral restaurant heel slecht. Vrouw die boel leid is erg onvriendelijk en snauwt je af. Eten is niet lekker, bestelling gaat verkeerd, niet professioneel. Bed doorgezakt, volle prullenbak.

De kamer was in orde. Sober maar netjes en schoon. Bedden liggen goed. Het is alleen heel de nacht een ongelofelijke herrie van machines van het hotel die staan te draaien. Ook met het raam dicht. Heel teleurstellend. De volgende keer toch maar een ander hotel kiezen.
