The room was right next to the train tracks (approx. 3m). Sleeping with the window open was impossible. However, the windows are almost soundproof...

Superbequemes Bett, sehr gute Schallisolation, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, um die Kleidung für den Abend aufzubügeln, freundliches, motiviertes und hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes Zimmer, Mineralwasser und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer zur freien Verfügung. Ich habe mich Willkommen gefühlt.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff, good breakfast especially cheese plate was wonderful for me , access to fitness, no reason to complain… I feel totally satisfied after stay in that hotel. Probably the best hotel in Winterthur. :) :)

Hotel liegt an der Rückseite an einer großen Gleisanlage, es empfiehlt sich auf der Vorderseite zu buchen um Nachtruhe zu haben, gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, fußläufig zur Innenstadt, freundliches Personal, klimatisierte Zimmer

Hospitality was excellent - everyone was responsive to questions or requests. Room was warmer than i would have liked but it was clean and very comfortable bed with a lot of pillows. Morning breakfast had a lot of variety with nothing more to ask for. And it was walking distance from the train. I would stay again and highly recommend.

As always, everything went wonderfully. From the reservation, confirmation, online check-in to the handover of the keys. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The online check-out works every time and so does the billing. I can highly recommend the hotel and especially the staff.
