This is the sixth year I've stayed at Mt. Gardner Inn. The location marries the best of being close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, bedding is luxurious, the heat and a/c work great, and a recent remodel makes it even better. Love that there's a bathtub for after a long hike. The lobby offers wine glasses, teas, and lots of other touches that make it homey. I'm not tempted at all to try any other place.
