Perfect hotel for a WI Dells trip, if you need a clean, well maintained hotel, near everything, staffed with super nice people such as Janice… oh and free breakfast and free parking. If you’re considering the Fairfield, go ahead and book. You won’t be disappointed, this hotel does it right. Oh, and it’s a Marriott so there’s that!

All aspects are better than the average car hotel. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. Coffee water ice cube microwave oven is provided in the hall.

We had a very enjoyable stay at LaQuinta Lake Delton/WI Dells. We experienced geat customer service. The facility was only 2 years old when we stayed, & offered a modern atmosphere. Included breakfast was tasty & complete. Facility's whirlpool was spacious & pool size suffucient. Patio offered a modern fireplace 24/7, and also a gas grill (which we did not use). Only one slup up - our room was not cleaned when we entered, so we were issued a different room. Reasonable rates for the quality, cleanliness & amenities included. We recommend this LaQuinta Inn & Suites location.

This hotel is brand new and very pleasant. The pool and gym were nice. I REALLY appreciated the breakfast because it was gluten free and catered to me. I enjoyed the egg white fritatas and chicken sausage. There were also other options such as pancakes, yogurt, fruit and oatmeal. The room was lovely. Not a big deal but the shampoo was empty. Since I just stayed one night, I used my own but I have this issue with Hilton hotels where the amenities are not refilled. We would definitely stay here again.

My 74 year old mom and I were visiting the Baraboo area on July 12. We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express because of its location and because I have stayed in them numerous times before and been happy. That evening when I pulled back the sheets to get into bed, it was quite obvious that the sheets had not been changed, as there was a spot of feces on the sheets. Unfortunately I could tell from the smell what it was. I contacted the front desk and asked housekeeping to bring clean sheets and also asked someone from the front desk to come and see for themselves. They brought clean sheets, but I was still upset. They offered to change our rooms. We packed up everything and moved to the new room and it seemed cleaner and there were no problems with the sheets. If I had been closer to home, I would have checked out and driven home, but it was late. I would have liked the person from housekeeping to show more concern about the error. I am sure that hotels deal with lots of people trying to scam their way into a free night stay. That was not the case with us.

We just spent the weekend at this hotel and I'm shocked that Choice Hotels even has their brand on it. Our room was beyond repair in some areas --- banged up furniture, disgusting grout in the bathroom, bathroom wallpaper that has to be over 20 years old all peeling off, a toilet that was just barely hanging on. The tv in the room is one of the tiniest things I've seen and most of the regular channels didn't even work. The beds were comfortable. Lighting in the room was minimal and our desk lamp had two burned out bulbs. We called about them, but they never showed up to fix. The room was clean if you didn't look at the corners or beyond surface areas. The outdoor pool area is great for little kids. Easy to see them, great seating areas with plenty of space and on a busy weekend it was half full at the most. Had the service in this hotel been better, I would have seen past their dingy and old rooms, but only one person we encountered even cracked a smile. Everyone else was emotionless, didn't make eye contact or stared right past. It was the strangest thing. They are charging Wisconsin Dells resort prices and not providing even a quarter of the service.

Everything about the motel was great. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the location is perfect. There was some sort of festival going on so traffic was a mess but that was fine. We would definitely stay here again if and when we return.

Comfortable and peaceful. Very clean inside and out, yet without the unhealthy, offensive odors of cleaning chemicals. Staff was very responsive, answering phones and ensuring that customers were attended to promptly. Climate control in the room worked well. Plenty of sheets and blankets. Family-friendly and it seemed like the location was safe and quiet. Perfect for sleeping.

GGuest UserA day before the trip I got an email from the hotel saying how excited they are for our stay, attached was also our payment. However the payment went up in charge $20 from when I first booked. I’ve worked at a Best Western for 4 years as well as my mom had for 15+ and is now part of corporate. When I told her this she was very upset as was I. I called the hotel and they told me I needed to call Google to talk about my payment. You can’t contact Google for a hotel room but I was told that to get off the phone. I called customer service and they told me that what they told me was wrong and that they changed the price seconds after I booked the room and they aren’t sure why. My mom later called the hotel back, asked for the manager and explained what happened. The manger was very nice and helped fix the issue. Hotels can’t change the price of the amount after you have already booked it and they did. We had to stop to fix the issue a day before. That was the worst part about the stay we had. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful, tucked away and super roomy. the staff we spoke to was very nice and helpful. Besides the charge issue, I totally recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWe had our daughters wedding here and rented the outdoor wedding venue, Chalet, event tent and multiple 2 bedroom condos. The rooms were all very nice and large with more than enough space. Kitchens were well equipped and beds were comfortable. I wouldn't have rented the Chalet if it wasn't required as part of the wedding package as is was dated and needed repairs and updating. We only used it for wedding party prep. The outdoor wedding venue was very nice. Thankful we had perfect weather for the outdoor ceremony. The event tent worked perfect and was plenty warm even on a cool evening. It was in good condition. I wish the internal lighting of tent was adjustable instead of either off or on brightly. The portable dance floor was pretty worn and had a few areas that could have been a tripping hazard. We did not have any problems though. Staff was very helpful from the check in counter, wedding coordinator, catering and bartenders. Han and his bartending staff all performed above expectations and were very much appreciated by all. I would recommend the Chula Vista for anyone considering hosting an outdoor wedding and tent reception.
