The hotel is located two kilometers outside of Wismar. It takes 15 minutes to get to the center by car. Public transport is not recommended. Recommended for conferences and group trips or for excursions into the surrounding area. The environment itself has nothing to offer. The hotel is located on the edge of the industrial area with no ambience.
The hotel itself is perfectly fine and corresponds to the description. The pool even offers the opportunity to swim, and the price level for on-site services is ok.
The staff is friendly.
Only the company's business policy is off-putting. There is a charge of 5 euros per day for the parking space in Nothing. There is currently an energy flat rate of 3 euros per night. This is not communicated during booking or check-in. This fee is only charged at check-out. Since this is arbitrary and not communicated, the overall impression of the house is significantly affected. This does not show any interest in the guest.

Das Frühstück als solches ist in Ordnung, doch wird kaum nachgelegt, wenn etwas ausgeht und das Personal ist sehr wortkarg
Leider ist das Housekeeping sehr nachlässig geworden, so dass die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt und zum Beispiel die Toilette riecht. Alles wird nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Auch die Betten werden nur schlampig gemacht.
Positiv fällt das Personal der Rezeption auf.

Bettdecken könnten mal getauscht werden und die Bettbezüge scheinen auch schon sehr alt zu sein. An sich war das zimmer auf den ersten blick sauber.
Leider gab es am Abend nur Buffet zu essen für einen für mich unangemessenen Preis. Der poolbereich war super und sehr sauber!
Frühstück war auch super.

Es war einfach ein günstiges Massentourismus Hotel mit keinen besonderen Ansprüchen. Für ein- oder zweimalige Übernachtung aber OK. Schwierige Zufahrt durch eine Straßenbaustelle.

Stellung von Bademänteln wäre vorteilhaft
Fitnessbereich sehr spärlich
wenig einladende Gegend da Industriebgebiet
Parkgebühr muss zusätzlich entrichtet werden --＞ Hotelgäste zahlen genauso viel wie reguläre Parker!!!
