Conditions like in a holiday resort from the times of the Polish People's Republic. Poor service, request to close the door in the restaurant dismissed by the lady from the service that she would not close it because it was hot, and that the children were freezing, so what. Despite extending the hotel day by 11, the maids knock on the door and ask when we will leave the room. Food much worse than during our several stays in this place. Maybe at the beginning the place was of a high standard, but you can see how it is degrading from year to year and no one takes care of the rooms. I strongly do not recommend! For the same money you can find a much better hotel. The staff claims that they have no influence on the condition of the apartments because they do not own them, but Gwiazda Morza collects the money for their rent. Poor business model - selling something that you cannot influence the quality of and blaming the condition of the apartment on its owner. I booked the room through the reception of the Gwiazda Morza Hotel and Gwiazda Morza should be responsible for the quality of the rooms sold. Finally, the cherry on the cake. A bloody bed mat accidentally found in the wardrobe and mold on the walls in the pool area. Bravo Gwiazda Morza ... I strongly advise against it!
