Pracownikom się nie chce starać bo i tak będzie źle, za mało, za wolno. Nie ma motywacji. Nie ma wdrożeń. Nie ma szkoleń. Nie ma komunikacji. Nie ma /jest zakaz/ własnego zdania. Nie ma dobrego słowa. Nie ma zespołu. Nie ma lidera. Śniadania są. Goście nie osiąga jakości pobytu bo pracownicy przychodzą jak za karę. Ile można się zmuszać do uśmiechu w miejscu, którego nie lubisz. My ich nie gościmy a znosimy. Tak jak zarząd znosi pracowników. Dyrektor niczego nie osiąga bo bez zadowolonego teamu nie ma wyniku - od zawsze jest wpatrzony w siebie i ma na tym punkcie paranoje. Wszyscy go znoszą. Nikt go nie szanuje. Nie ma chłop posłuchu. Właściciele hotelu nie osiągają obiektywnej opinii o własnym biznesie, bo dyrektor manipuluje informacjami i ludźmi. Mówi im to co chcą usłyszeć. Nie osiąga się stabilnego zatrudnienia i ciąglości pracy. Kolejni managerowie ze stażem uciekają bo ile lat można nic nie osiągnąć ze swojej pracy. Można też wylecieć jak śmieć za własne zdanie po 10 latach pracy. Zamiast awansować tych, którzy tu rzetelnie pracują to przychodzą nowi bez doświadczenia na umowę zlecenie do urobienia pod zarząd i mamienia jaki to zaszczyt tu pracować i mieć takie samo zdanie na wszystkie tematy jak dyrektor. To jest krypto mobbing. Ścieżka kariery zawodowej - po wodzie pisana. Nikt tu niczego nie osiąga od lat łącznie z zarządem. Można usuwać opinie - nie usuniesz tego co tyle ludzi myśli o tym miejscu każdego dnia wpisując się na listę. Można sobie znaleźć nową pracę tylko nie w tym jest problem tego hotelu. Częstokroć wszyscy to wiedzą i przegrywają.

Lovely resort hotel
Lovely resort hotel with great facilities. Sauna was particularly nice. Private access to a great sandy beach. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Gwiazda Morza to 4 gwiazdki koszmaru. Dyrektor główny to zakompleksiony facet - atencjusz po pięćdziesiątce, który udaje, że zarządza. Menedżer od cen rządzi zdalnie na zasadzie uznaniowości. Dyktuje ceny a przy tym robi dla innych hoteli - a jak się nie sprzeda to wina pracowników. Obraża ludzi i wszystkich ma za głupków do wywalenia. Nie ma żadnego przepływu informacji czy zgody na własne inicjatywy. Nie ma pracy zespołowej - donosiciele czuwają. Nie ma żadnego systemu motywacji czy zasad traktowania ludzi - dotyczy to też gości - najlepiej gdyby tylko płacili krocie za pobyt i wy...i. Sam hotel to ładne miejsce ale atmosfera jest koszmarna. Rotacja i wyzysk. No i robaki w pokojach - to też wina pracownikow. A największymi szkodnikami tego miejsca są zarządzający.

We booked the apartments in Hotel Gwiazda Morza 16 night in July. Hotel is modern and family-friendly. Hotel has a sandy beach. Near the hotel are shops, restaurants- so perfect location but also noisy during the evening/night! Very good service and delicious food.

Apartment in a very worn condition, crooked furniture falling apart, holes in the walls, mold and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Price as for premium class (PLN 1,350 per day), very average quality. Conditions like in a holiday resort from the times of the Polish People's Republic. Poor service, request to close the door in the restaurant dismissed by the lady from the service that she would not close it because it was hot, and that the children were freezing, so what. Despite extending the hotel day by 11, the maids knock on the door and ask when we will leave the room. Food much worse than during our several stays in this place. Maybe at the beginning the place was of a high standard, but you can see how it is degrading from year to year and no one takes care of the rooms. I strongly do not recommend! For the same money you can find a much better hotel. The staff claims that they have no influence on the condition of the apartments because they do not own them, but Gwiazda Morza collects the money for their rent. Poor business model - selling something that you cannot influence the quality of and blaming the condition of the apartment on its owner. I booked the room through the reception of the Gwiazda Morza Hotel and Gwiazda Morza should be responsible for the quality of the rooms sold. Finally, the cherry on the cake. A bloody bed mat accidentally found in the wardrobe and mold on the walls in the pool area. Bravo Gwiazda Morza ... I strongly advise against it! And I do not intend to be fooled by the quality of this facility, which has nothing to do with quality.

Rent o fint, härlig pool inne samt härligt med många olika bastur . Det som va en besvikelse va att poolen på taket inte va öppen samt att bubbelpoolen inte fungerade. Annars jätte nöjd.
