Pretty hotel room but there were a couple of things I didn’t like. The smudges on the desk and the fact that the smudges came off when I started cleaning… I don’t feel the room was cleaned as well as it should have been. Generally, I sanitize any room I stay in. Though, I am usually sanitizing a spotless room.
This hotel might also have plumbing issues. The smell of the bathroom filled the room, it was pretty unpleasant. The property just needs some upgrades.
I have to say, the staff is wonderful. We only spent one night but they were extremely hospitable. Also, I had the best little croissants and cappuccino at breakfast time!

Pontos positivos ; Localização ótima (160 metros ) da estação de metrô . Café da amanhã excelente ! Ponto negativo ; Fiquei lá por dois dias ,em um dia o elevador não funcionou (tive q subir 5 andares de escada com a bagagem ) e no outro dia ,cheguei à noite cansada após andar o dia todo ,e quando fui tomar banho ,NÃO havia aguda quente no chuveiro . Tomei banho na agora fria , e no dia seguinte pela manhã ,ainda não haviam consertado o problema ,ou seja ,outro banho frio . A equipe da manutenção ,ou é bem despreparada ou simplesmente não tem existe .
