Extended Stay America Suites - St Paul - Woodbury

To be honest the staff here are great ! Manager Katie very helpful she worked with me helped me more then anyone !, Josh was real good to us, the morning girls as well all over Our room was clean they offer cleaning service....I would recommend it for short or long term a little spendy but no deposit was definitely a plus they are kid and pet friendly

First of all I want to say I been here since September 2023 and I am still here waiting on my town home to get done being remodeled. The staff from( Especially Katie, is awesome and is willing to help and understanding I feel Katie deserves a raise cause she deals with some much. Katie is awesome as management),Cali,Simone, Joshua , Renee, Donna, Pam, Kurt, Art , Diamond, have been awesome and always has a smile on their faces and are very helpful and caring staff all around I am still staying here and I love it. The location is awesome and hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned as well. I have rented rooms for my oldest son to stay in and he didn't have no problems either while he was here. I have had no problems at all with my room, beside the roaches, they moved me to a new room and they were no roaches in the new room I was moved in to and still had them spray so I wouldn't get any in the new room they switched me to. I can tell you that the management working on the roaches and do have people come out to get rid of them, they are working their hardest to get rid of them for good. My AC went out this past week , put me in a room with AC and had maintenance come and put in a new ac. I will tell you one thing for sure , if I ever need to come back or just need to run away from home come right to this extended stay location in Woodbury/St Paul I would do it in a heartbeat.

This place is really nice and clean looking new !!! I been here for work. And everything is really good no Complain. Stuff. Really Friendly. They are doing really good job here. I recommended !! And. Mis KATY WILLY she is the best also !!!! I do have 2 room. And are really nice.

Honestly, after reading all the bad reviews, I can’t understand where any of that’s coming from! My experience at the front desk was immaculate 10 out of 10! For a budget hotel it’s nice, the room was clean and smelled nice when I got here. I would absolutely stay here again!!

The room was not cleaned properly. There was no toilet paper, there was feces on the underside of the toilet seat, the bathroom sink was dirty, the hall needed to be vacuumed. The bed was not a queen, it was barely a double. There were lots of cigarette butts outside of the lobby entryway. My husband booked it and apologized for the condition. The morning desk clerk took away the coffee maker before 9:30. The whole place needed cleaning and painting.

I absolutely loved my stay here the guest were quiet and mindful of my work the atmosphere is calm and peaceful but out of everything the customer service from Katy wily was phenomenal she deserves a raise 10/10 my experience here wouldn’t have been as great if it wasn’t for her!

I was in the area for a work event. The rates were really low so I didn’t have high expectations but the stay exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the price was affordable. I would stay again. Definitely great value here.

Katy and her team give excellent customer service. The area is convenient, right off hwy 494 and tamarack. I stayed before when it was Woodsprings and the new chain is really changing the hotel for the better which was needed. Woodbury is a nice area.

The stains on the bed sheets were nothing in comparison to the rot on the refrigerator door! The holes in the walls, the broken desk leg, and the weirdly chipped out sink really gave that crime scene ambiance! This place needs a remodel, it is the worst Extended Stay I have ever been in. We had two nights paid for and left by 5am after the first night. Never again. Beware!
