The rooms are clean and tidy however they are old-fashioned and very basic. Don’t expect any luxuries that come with an ordinary hotel. However, we had a nice night sleep and if that’s all you need, it’s okay.

Fantastic customer service! Staff go above and beyond! Staff were very informative and helpful bud also did everything to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Room was clean and tidy! Would definitely stay here again! Especially to charith who was working on reception when I arrived he was brilliant, welcoming and very helpful! Thanks for all your help!

Room clean and bright. Bathroom clean, bed comfortable, friendly staff. Supply of tea and coffee in the room, and extra if needed. Television in room, so everything you could need for a few days stay.

Best value usually in the area. Very friendly staff. Good parking facilities, although disabled bays often taken up by builders vans.

Large clean room, comfortable double bed, very quiet location, plenty of parking and reasonably priced.

My son & I stayed here for two nights recently and our room was clean, spacious & well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Regrettably, my son left his iPad in the room and we did not realise until some hours after checking out. Upon calling the hotel, the staff all rallied around to locate his tablet and it was promptly found, much to his delight. Also, a special mention for Taz, who was amazing, she packaged up the iPad and labelled it so the courier could collect it. Thankyou too all involved, excellent service.

Perfect budge hotel with no frills but everything you need for a pit stop. Our twin rooms had large shower cubicles with a hand held showers. Actually, frills came in the form of unlimited free tea and coffee and beautifully smelling hand-wash, shower gel/shampoo etc, extra pillows. The breakfast box was ok but we supplemented it with a trip to Costa coffee and coop - a short walk from the hotel. I would give 5 stars if they had...:more plug sockets in the bedroom or usb points; a vending machine with cold drinks/snacks; travel toiletries etc; a bath mat for the bathroom floor would have been good. Otherwise it was impressive for the price, the rooms were spotlessly clean, big fluffy white towels and everything was in a good state.
