酒店很漂亮，但是衞生情況應該得到改善，地毯上灰塵頭髮很多。員工非常友好，早餐很美味。花園很大，很適合帶小朋友入住

Lovely place but checked out quickly as i was on the way somewhere and running behind with children becoming inpatient. Didnt notice until the evening that i had paid for 2 extra breakfasts costing £30 in total. If staying make sure you check your bill

A comfortable stay. Happy with our room, lots of space for the kids, specifically chose the large family room as I wanted to make sure both kids had a proper bed as we’ve struggled in the past on rubbish camp beds / sofa beds. Room was clean with coffee & tea facilities left out. Also a mini fridge in the room which was helpful. room was generally clean, maybe some deep cleaning could make it bit better, specifically the bathroom, the shower could possibly do with being replaced just from looking Abit worn but didn’t stop it working

This place is so beautiful and relaxing. Needed a night to recoup from crazy travel days and then board the cruise. This was perfect! The food was excellent and staff delightful!

This hotel, although needing a bit of updating, is in an ideal location with direct access to the New Forest. Very convenient as we were staying with our dog. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was very spacious although a little dated. We were given a room in the eaves and we found the stairs a bit too much- there was no lift. Something to bear in mind when booking, particularly if you are an older person. The hotel had a nice outdoor area to sit if the weather was good. The food in the restaurant was a good standard although we had to eat in the bar due to having a dog, which was fair enough. Lots of parking at the hotel.

Fantastic venue for a family wedding! Rob and Imogene are fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they made everyone feel so welcome. The hotel is in a wonderful position with direct access on foot to the New Forest and its ponies through their garden gate.
