I have stayed in this hotel several times and it feels good. The location is excellent, located in the center of Worcester. Parking is in the high-rise paid parking lot across the road, but with parking coupons, unlimited free parking. The room is standard for this type of hotel in the United States, not luxurious, but nothing wrong with it. The breakfast is good. There is a steak place and bar downstairs, and the taste is decent.

After i began my shower, i realized there was NO hair conditioner. I yelled out to my husband who went dwstairs and came bk with 1 small container. If a hotel is going to have these large containers only, they need to be filled.

It was convenient location to the DCU center. I did not like the parking situation as it is across the street in and unsafe area. The hot tub didn’t work, the light in the room had an electrical issue, the shower was beyond slippery and the bathroom shower curtain was stained. It was way to expensive for the quality of the room. I expected a much better experience

Called ahead to hopefully check in early. Told it was first come first serve but don’t come before 2pm. Walked into the lobby a little before 2 & they were already checking 3 different people in. Checked in, went to our room to change for the pool. Head there to be told we can’t use the pool because it was just shocked & that the hot tub is out of service, completely.
Pay for parking & breakfast which we were told were included, at time of booking. $500 a night & the amenities were unusable & everything else costs extra. Not very happy, at all! 😡

I stayed here for a family emergency trip. The hotel was clean. My room had kind of a stale smell, but it wasn't offensive. The room was comfortable, and I had everything I needed. Parking is available for an extra fee. 12 dollars a day. It is in a parking garage across the street that offers in and out privileges. There is no complimentary breakfast available, but you can pay extra for either a buffet or al a carte. The staff was friendly and helpful.
