The staff were friendly and very kind. My boyfriend had an online meeting in the morning and when we asked the reception, they arranged a meeting room for him. In addition, our room was clean and very nice. All our needs were met. You should definitely add breakfast when booking the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The location was also very good. We usually preferred to walk, but there are tram stops and nextbike bicycles right in front of the hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for everything. 😊😊😊

So... If you like vintage interiors from late 90'ties early 00' this is a perfect opportunity to experience it. Very basic amenities, below the standard even of an airport hotel. (Airport hotel is my scale of basic). The restaurant quite expensive, quality average. Not recommended. Breakfast basic. Will I stay there again? - definitely not.

My stay at the hotel was average. The rooms were decent, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about the accommodations. The staff was friendly enough, though the service lacked some personal touch. Amenities were basic, and the overall atmosphere was just okay. While it fulfilled the basic needs for a short stay, it didn't leave a lasting impression.

Good hotel near old town and many restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. The check in was pretty smooth and they have a lot of parking spaces available at the hotel. The rooms were well furnished and included a kettle, refrigerator and coffee making station.

So easy to find from Wroclaw Glowny Train Station!..8 minute walk. Felt safe..Fab check-in..Receptionists all lovely and night manager saved my day as I had lost my phone charger...he lent me one for the night!..Room was comfy..not many TV channels sadly..bed was comfy although pillows bit too soft. WIFI was brilliant..Sauna was excellent and hot. Shame no Steam Room..Lots of hot water and shower was good. Breakfast was plentiful and filling..lots of choices!..Location was excellent as was near Airport bus stop and major attractions just up the road. Highly recommended and I would return..Thank you!

Very nice service. Brilliant breakfasts. Everything delicious and fresh. Huge selection of products. Clean room, well soundproofed,. Water, coffee and tea set modest, but you can always ask for a refill. Clean bathroom, there is a bathtub, which I love. Hotel near the train station and the city center. Tram stops near the facility, you can get everywhere cheaply. A small minus for the TV offer, very modest. Plus for the idea of ​​additional heating in the bathroom! Solid, clean hotel with delicious breakfast in an ideal location. I recommend!

The bed in Europe is too small, and I don't want to install lights, so the room is so dark. Overall it feels OK

I booked this hotel because I had stayed there before in Northern Europe and it was close to the train station and the tram stop to the square. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but when I told the receptionist that I wanted to check in, they gave me priority to check in the room that had finished earlier. Everyone at the reception was very friendly. The room was a little old, but very clean and the WiFi speed was perfect.

The hotel rooms are well-equipped, clean, spacious, with ideal available space, and are located in the city center with convenient transportation. The staff has a good service attitude and is efficient and patient with customers' questions. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food, and I particularly like the delicious coffee and Mediterranean-style salads.
