Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. The hotel is right on the edge of the old town, although there is a busy road outside. There was no noise in the room though and overall it was very good value.

First time in Wrocław and chose this hotel for its location to the Market Square .
The reception staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The room was spacious and very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Good: Right across from old town. Easy access from/to the train station. Water dispenser at every floor.
Could be better: pillow is too flat/soft. A tiny refrigerator would have been helpful.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah an den zentralen Plätzen der Innenstadt gelegen. Auf der anderen Seite ist es zur Oper oder zum Musikzentrum nicht weit. Auch Grünanlagen kann man in 3 Minuten Fußweg erreichen. In der Rezeption arbeiten sehr hilfsbereite Personen. Es ist nicht leicht zu Fuß das Hotel zu finden die Beschriftung ist nur an einer Seite angebracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön renoviert alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und angenehm. Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr groß, auch das Bad war geräumig. Lediglich das Bett war nicht so bequem, weil die Matratze niedriger als der scharfkantige Rand war. Trotz der Lage an einer lebhaften Maße kann man Räume bekommen die nach hinten gelegen sind und sehr ruhig.

Great place, very clean, spacious, quiet. Easy access with an elevator. Basic, but has everything you need (bottled water, soap, great towels, linens). Very close to old town square. Great find for a decent price.

The location is good and that's it. The staff is horrible and not helpful at all. We asked for a fan because it's too hot and is impossible to open the window because of the noise, they said they don't have it anymore. Reminder this place has around 10 rooms. The internet was highly unstable and staff was rude. Don't recommend at all.
