This is a fine, comfortable hotel on the outskirts of the old town market square. It is ultra modern with fine amenities. Only drawback was the need to take a taxi or Uber to the main square for restaurants unless eating at the hotel. It’s about a 20 to 30 minute walk which might be challenging at night. However, we found no problem with Uber. Breakfast is somewhat scaled down but for this boutique hotel it was good.

My stay at the hotel was average. The rooms were decent, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about the accommodations. The staff was friendly enough, though the service lacked some personal touch. Amenities were basic, and the overall atmosphere was just okay. Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

Spent three nights here on a recent business trip to Poland. The hotel is really well situated for a short walk into the city centre yet just far enough out for it not to be noisy at night. The breakfast does not have a huge choice on the buffet but you can order extras from the menu. Rooms are incredibly spacious and the bathroom is clean and modern. I had a corner bath, not sure if all rooms are the same. Decent value for money and the staff speak good English (better than my limited Polish) Would definitely recommend

Stayed in the hotel which was a good room for the price at the end of a business trip. We were advised by the hotel to park in a certain car park which would cost 70 Polish Zlotty per day. The actual cost was 147 Polish Zlotty per day. After checking out which was seamless, we received a call from the manager saying the TV was broken and would cost £600. He sent a photo of a TV that looked as thpugh it had been dropped from height. Before we could even contest this, the manager had taken £880 from an account without authorisation and he has now blocked our number so we can't even engage. Also billed for 2 days as it takes 2 days to fit a new TV and that came to £280. Yet its £72 per night for that room. Stay elsewhere.

Hotel is in a perfect location , close to lots of restaurants, bars abd attractions. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and rooms spotlessly clean. One thing that marks hotel down is breakfast which is poor. Coffee cold, only choice of tea on our 2nd and third days was fruit or green. We did ask if there was any English breakfast tea or Earl Grey as there had been on the first day but was advised no. Strange seeing as it had been available on the first day abd in the rooms. We bought Earl Grey down from the rooms on the 3rd day . Buffet very limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Poland and not hot. Such a shame as breakfast does not match the standard of the rest of the hotel.

It left a sour taste! Liked · It is a lovely building, which has been beautifully restored. The location is good and the area quiet. Disliked · The reception upon arrival was chilly to say the least. We were given a printed lengthy list of the rules of the place. .....no parties in room etc. this was a first for us and very offputting! Dikul is not a hotel! There is no room service, no fresh towels, no maintenance of soap levels etc. no room cleaning. It can be arranged for a separate payment! We booked breakfast for the four nights that we were there. When we arrived we were told that breakfast was 10 minutes away in the Hotel Jazz. We normally like to return to our room after breakfast to clean teeth, dress warmly etc. so we were not crazy about this. However, on day one we headed to the Jazz hotel to a very basic breakfast. That evening we returned the remaining three dockets to reception and asked that we be refunded for the following three breakfasts. I also emailed my request to the ‘hotel’. The man at reception Said that he was unable to do this but if we called to reception in the morning the person ‘in charge’ could sort it. We returned and spoke to a very sweet girl who was out of her depth with our request but said she would speak to her manager. We returned twice next day but again were told that the manager was dealing with it. The day we checked out we were told that this person was on holidays!! There has still been no reply to my email!!! We would not return to this hotel and would actively discourage others from staying here!!

GGuest UserNice hotel . Great.position. Nice rooms . Clean. Only spoiled by top offparking charge which check in did not warn us about. This may have been due to stress over horrendous building site mouse in hotel. But l did ask about parking and staff were vague about the cost. We got abadty shock as cost per day was almost the same as the room. Wyndham have no customer service for Europe so my attempts to contact them failed.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel right outside the main railway station with very little walk if you arrive by train, lots of tram and bus stops across the road that you can take tram or bus to the city center and other attractions within minutes.Lots of cafe and restauratns nearby so wouldnt have to walk long to eat somehtung, rooms were very comfortable and most important the airconditioning was best thing about this place as it was 30+ degrees from early morning the aircon was on all day and night and couldnt feel bit of heat in the room making sleep comfortable. Very good value foe money as it was one of the cheapest places to stay in Wrocław with very good distance to Main station and city center, Only concern id the quality of service provided by the ukrainian cleaning staff which can be very rude if you dont speak ukrainian

Ppl740Lovely little hotel in a perfect location . Rooms nothing fancy but clean and well thought out. 24 hr bar was useful , although not a big selection of drinks we used it on our first evening after arriving. We didnt book breakfast but plenty cafes and bakeries around, we visited Jolie Brasserie twice and sat in the park ( after the opera house) with fresh rolls, coffee and pastries twice . The location is perfect for the market square . We also visited the little square behind the opera house and wandered down towards the canal to Domek and Fosa a lovely little bar/ restaurant. Wasabi is a busy bar and resturant outside the hotel with great cocktails . Hotel kept our cases on our last day as we had a late flight.

The hotel room is also very clean and simple. It is my favorite style away from the central square. Usually take 15-20 minutes to eat and then come back very convenient to recommend their home breakfast jam marmalade super delicious

GGuest UserWe spent 1 night at Arche Hotel at tgecrbd of April 2023. The hotel is the closest to the airport, easily reached on foot or one bus stop from the terminal. It is a recent and modern property, quite anonymous from outside but with nice American industrial loft style inside! Our standard room was quite nice, though not the largest, with a kettle and 2 bottles of water on offer. The bathroom is quite small but functional for a short stay. Breakfast is really wonderful considering the hotel category: you get a really rich buffet plus hot dishes made to order, a really nice touch! Staff are all very young nice and professional . The best choice for an early departure or late arrival into Wroclaw and very convenient to reach che city centre by bus, the stop is just opposite the hotel!

GGuest UserWe stayed here about 3 weeks ago, the hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff cannot do enough to make your stay so enjoyable, our room was very hot and we couldn't keep windows open all night due to traffic noise, the staff had a lovely big electric fan sent up to the run and also offered us another room if we wanted ;-) We stayed in the room as there were only 2 night to go. We will definitely be stopping here again on our next visit!

They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.

Nnigdy_koniec_The double rooms that offer the Hostel Wratislavia are worth the attention. Clean, very affordable prices and something that is very important to me - balcony! breakfast can be bought on site for 9zł. Expect what you can expect for 9Zł :) Eggs of two eggs given to each individual and bread, cheese and ham to your will. Quality food is ok, but modest. But I think that for this money it is fair. You don't have to go out early to combine what you eat here only eat a nut, even a modest breakfast . Just prepare that the rooms are quite small but not claustrophobic . If I ever need a cheap accommodation in Wrocek I'll definitely come back to you because I have no one objection:)

BBrummig07This hotel hates trees and loves concrete. Its whole property is either concrete or stones. With an exception of a few thin tall shrubs in front. Terrible if your room is facing the car park in the back or its (dark brown..) windows come out onto the hot black roof. A couple of very nice guys at the reception, but most others just indifferent. Cleaners come in regardless of Do Not Disturb, even early in the morning. Beware. The rooms are HOT.. impossible to sleep in without the fan on and every room has one, seemingly.. rooms come with kettle and supposedly some coffee, tea and bottled water. Yet, upon check in, there was just one stick of coffee and one teabag per person per night.. Are you guys serious? For 24 hours? When you ask the next day, you also get exactly the same amount.. come on.. There is no rubbish bin in the room.. just in the bathroom. Toilet seat is so high up most people will have their legs dangling.. The noise at night is quite bad so most probably you'll need to keep the windows shut.. there are few nice little greengrocers round the corner to get fresh fruit etc from. This hotel has NO BAR whatsoever. If you'd like a quiet drink before bedtime, you'll need to look elsewhere.

GGuest UserHaving read previous reviews and browsed the photos we knew the hotel was somewhat dated in appearance, but this was not a problem. However, it is 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and on the main tram route. The downside is that the trams are extremely noisy, and if you have a room overlooking the road you will certainly hear them. Rooms are dated but clean and the buffet breakfast very good (coffee is excellent). Breakfast room is quite compact for a large hotel, so you have to pick your time. One issue we had was the lack of a bar for an evening drink. The bar only appeared to be open while the restaurant was serving in the evening. Good value for money and we would certainly return, but with courtyard facing rooms.
