因為是來山東參加婚禮，所以想在附近找一家住宿條件好 評分比較高的酒店，沒想到這家酒店環境實在是太差了！！一進酒店就是撲鼻的異味！因為當時已經是夜裡十一點了，想想就在這裏將就一晚吧。我們帶着孩子，所以酒店工作人員為我們推薦了榻榻米大床房。房間在二樓，從樓梯通往房間的地毯實在是贓贓贓！房間更是無法讓我形容！滿屋散發著油泥味兒，房間裏一張大通炕，大通炕兩邊歪歪斜斜的各放着一床厚厚的大花被和枕頭，床單窗簾贓的嚇人！炕上僅有一個薄薄的床墊！不僅硬而且坑坑窪窪疙疙瘩瘩！（當時忘記了拍幾張環境照片）這樣的房間實在是無法入住！趕緊和服務員聯繫，她答應給我們換房間，但是她拿着其他房間的房卡卻打不開門！因為房款已付無法退款！服務員給我們更換了標間，這個房間比那個類似大車店的榻榻米大床房環境和衞生稍強些。但是兩個房間的房費是有差價的，服務員告訴我們因為時間太晚了，讓我們先住下，明天早上再給老闆打電話説退差價的事兒。結果早上退房時問差價怎麼解決時，服務人員卻説昨晚你們應該先退房然後重新再訂，現在差價沒法退了！酒店有這麼做事的嗎？昨晚你口口聲聲和我們説房款已經無法退了，衹能等到明天早上給老闆打電話説退房間差價，今天為啥又説昨晚應該先退房再重新訂！？差價三十多元我可以不要！但是我要和你們講講這個理兒！在我們一個勁兒的崔處下她給她的老闆打了幾個電話，最後衹給我們退了二十塊錢！真是無語了！酒店就這樣對待顧客嗎？真不知道如此的環境和工作態度怎麼換來的好評！如此高的的評分是以什麼標準定的！

主要是出差辦事，周邊沒有太合適的賓館，來往都是大車，屬於是個鎮子類型的地方，夜晚的聲音也不小，住宿方面要求就不要太高了
