Great service, very good breakfast! Convenient location! Thanks to Ms Lu in the front desk, very helpful and friendly! Beds are very comfy, amazing smart toilet!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The comfort of the room provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the attentiveness of the staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I also enjoyed the delightful breakfast offered by the hotel. The variety of options catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was superb. From fresh fruits to a selection of hot dishes, each morning felt like a culinary treat.

Hotel is well situated within walking distance of train station. Room is clean with well maintained with a cozy modern decor. Staff is also very helpful and sincere. Strongly recommend!

Very happy stay at this Hilton hotel. Rich breakfast mostly Chinese style. Extremely friendly staff, many thanks to receptionist Lulu 劉小璐 who helped us booked cars with her phone. And the cook station staff called 何雄who served noodles and congee, eggs etc. I got sick and the front desk gentleman helped us got a taxi and told the driver which hospital to go. The room seemed brand new, roomy and had voice control. It was fun talking to the voice control 小度. Love this Hilton, highly recommended. Don’t trust other hotels that claimed to be 4 stars, only the brand names hotels in China are real 4 or 5 stars. Going to 黃鶴樓&東湖 & Wuhan 高鐵站only cost ＜US10. We found a really good restaurant close by called 𨫎小城故事 in an eatery area called 1911. Very nice decor upstairs and cheap price. You can walk there in 10 minutes. And there’s a 萬達廣場just further away. Took a taxi back only cost 10 Yuen.

We (4 couples) had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Just a few minutes walk from Hankou Railway. It's a safe location. Hotel facilities and service was beyond our expectation. Staff was friendly and efficient. Beds are very comfy and bathroom big with good amenities and strong water pressure. Fitted with hand and rain shower. Rooms well insulated, modern design and pleasant colour scheme. Good breakfast with local and western food. As we are seniors the front desk staff offered to wheel our 16 pieces of luggages to the railway station to catch our HSR to Guangzhou. Special thanks to Amos Tai for his friendly service on checkin abd checkout. Highly recommended to foreign travellers.

We were traveling by HSR after disembarking from our Yangtze cruise at Yichang. The hotel is within walking distance from Hankou Station which saved us from the long, long queue at the taxi stand. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly hotel staff who very efficiently checked us in (plus upgrade of room) n told us the nearest local restaurants serving authentic Hubei cuisine. The breakfast served at the hotel far exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, variety n very yummy. The hotel room is well equipped such as remote control WC, AI voice activated control which can play the music, chatting, telling story n control the lights, curtains n AC. The hotel also has a fully equipped laundry facilities (free of charge) for the room guests. It also comes with a gym for those who want to work out their muscles. All the staff whom we dealt with were very friendly and very fast in responding. We definitely enjoy staying at this hotel!!!

The hotel is nice, it’s clean, next to the train station, and the staff is kind, I feel like it’s too expensive for what it offers, the breakfast is just ok and the room is ok too.

The hotel is in great location to the hankou station and has great staff who are accommodating. My only complaint is that even though the hotel says they are a non-smoking hotel, my room reeked of cigarette smelling. I guess in China, the regulations regarding indoor smoking is not strict enough.

The hotel is near the station, the room is clean and big, we are satisfied.

Front desk staff were very helpful, despite my limited Chinese!
