i absolutely loveeddd my stay in this hotel. the ambience 10/10. the receptionist was so nice, she gave us free breakfast for the next morning. their customer service was so good too and the room looked exactly how it is on the website and even better you can take a lot of pictures in the lounge. a very affordable hotel with a 5 star rating from me. i’m definitely going to book again if i ever come again to wuhan🥹😍

Very classy and the reception was amazing

The hotel had great modern facilities. The gym has old cheap equipment. However the staff weren't accommodating. The staff didn't know how to interact with international travelers. The staff's problem solving skills and accountability were evidently not existent. This isn't normally seen throughout my other stays.

The hotel is new, clean, Modern. The room is very spacious, bed comfortable, nice city view. Very convenient location, Breakfast is good as well. Will definitely rebook when we come to Wuhan again.

I traveled to Wuhan with my family and booked this hotel on Ctrip. The hotel has just opened, it is very new, and the room facilities are also good! The surrounding environment is also very good, very close to Hankou Railway Station. Very good apartment hotel.

Great stay experience. The room is large, the facilities are new, and the hygiene is good. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable, and the linen is of good quality; the view from the high floor is very good, parking is super convenient, and there are plenty of underground parking spaces. Submit the car number to the housekeeper and park for free. The hotel front desk is on the 30th floor. The service staff is friendly and professional. The hotel facilities and services are explained in detail. I would like to thank Xiao Li at the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to order a cup of American coffee. Xiao Li made a cup for us, which was very heartwarming❤️ I will stay here again next time, and I will stay for a few more days.

The room environment is nice, and I like the warm colors. There is a small balcony where you can dry clothes, which is really thoughtful. There is also a cup of coffee on the day of check-in, which is quite ceremonial. Parking downstairs is also very convenient.

The room is small enough to call The normal standard in hotel rooms in mainland China is that there is no refrigerator. This is my first time staying in a smart hotel. It’s very big, like a small suite, and it also has kitchenware. Freshly ground coffee is given to you for your first stay. It’s delicious. Breakfast was pretty good

The room is spacious and clean, the cleaning lady is enthusiastic, and the view from the upper floors is good. Free video membership, watching TV and movies unimpeded. There is a laundry room available for use, where you can dry clothes directly or hang them on the balcony.
