酒店就在T2客運大樓對面，我們落地是T3，太晚了沒有接駁車，走過去10分鐘也是輕輕鬆鬆，在機場邊上也沒有很吵。還有，特別感謝前台入住小姐姐推薦的酒店，在我的行程上方便了不止一點點👍👍

接待Louie服務貼心 酒店設施完善，步行五分鐘就能到乘車地點，隔音效果好酒店一樓和二樓辦入住也方便，避免高峯排隊等待，二樓正對面的T2就是酒店大堂，退房時候還給到乘車券在T2一號門坐車送到T3，出行便捷方便。

打工人出差的理想選擇！設備齊全網絡穩定，早餐能打包帶走但是需要提前跟工作人員講。房間隔音效果極佳，床品舒適不壓身，睡一覺元氣滿滿。前台工作人員Louie響應迅速，打印文件、加急洗衣能高效解決，還提供24小時免費健身房緩解出差疲勞。位置靠近辦事地點，打車也方便。

酒店去登機超級方便，武漢天河機場T2-T3客運大樓內來回擺渡車免費乘車，早晨6：00就有，特別適合趕早班的飛機！能多睡一會兒，對小朋友很重要！
酒店就在T2客運大樓對面，解決吃喝沒有問題，當然酒店的餐廳也很豐富的，有自助，有單點，但是要注意時間，21點之後選擇要少一些。
酒店裡游泳，乒乓球，桌球都有，可以和孩子消遣消遣。
前一天晚上去了準備寫作業，結果沒有枱燈，酒店服務人員特別貼心，多番周折，讓孩子沒有落下，為工作人員點贊！

位置很好 T2出來就是 去T3有免費的擺渡車 五分鐘一趟 也很方便
房間很寬敞舒適 wifi連接有點麻煩 不過無傷大雅

酒店硬件沒有問題，新開的酒店也沒有什麼味道。原本以為會比較吵，結果隔音還是不錯的。
健身房沒有瓶裝水，沒有汗蒸房。
説了要安排安靜一點的房間，結果放在了空調機房旁邊，終於知道了低頻噪音的來源了。服務意識不好。
