前台的服務態度差。入住的時候不提前告知超時收費這一項，等第二天退房的時候説辭衹要超時（不足一小時也要）就要收費20元，沒有提前告知，這是其一，在不提前告知情況下也不打退房電話，不詢問顧客是否退房，等着顧客超時進行收費，這是其二，退房時強行加收房款，在顧客詢問其為什麼不提前告知也不打退房電話時，臉色難看，默不作聲，這是其三，入住時交了200按金，若須扣錢，可直接在按金里扣，前台自己也説是電腦在計時，若是電腦操作為什麼不直接從按金扣，而且要求我們另外掃前台的個人收款碼付錢，為什麼進行別的消費（用了房間裏的一些付費用品）就可以從按金里扣，很難讓人懷疑這所謂超時收款的正當性，這是其四。

打掃得不夠乾淨，很多地方都有灰塵，然後有黴味，沒有經常通風，採光不夠，建議經常開窗通風，散一下味道，然後打掃的時候角落的地方打掃一下，很多地方都有灰塵，還有床單被子有污漬，有個角還是破損的，打掃的時候讓阿姨注意一下
