The worst Vienna I've ever stayed in. The air conditioner in the room was on but it was the same as if it wasn't on. I woke up many times in the middle of the night because of the heat. The air conditioner's cooling effect was terrible! I didn't sleep well all night, just like being in a sauna. I've never given a bad review for a hotel, but this time I really couldn't stand it!
