Front desk was very helpful , He even helped me order the food . Rooms are big and clean , everything Is just so good .AC was small issue .. it was not turning down

Good hotel with all amenities. Took more time to get to railway station than shown on didi map.

Overall very good experience! The staff are polite and very helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. A little far from something’s but that’s to be expected

酒店環境不錯，前台小銀很熱情，還給我指路告訴我早餐在哪，酒店房間很乾凈，酒店大堂有一個浴缸很漂亮，酒店很大有九層，還有健身房洗衣房和後花園，武漢在下雨酒店前台有傘可以借，房間也備着雨傘很方便，還有免費的停車場來酒店就很方便，酒店整體還不錯，離高鐵站15分鐘，值得推薦！

前台小敏服務很熱情，幫忙升級了房間，酒店環境也很優美，標間的床也很大，空調製冷效果也很好，大堂也很氣派，歡迎茶水也很好喝，金魚也很漂亮，周邊吃東西的地方也很多，離高鐵站也很近，非常推薦入住。

入住期間感覺不錯，特別是前台小銀服務好，幫我開了發票，熱情，酒店還有一個後花園，風景還不錯，還有梔子花很香，酒店附近有美食街叫恩施街 對面就是武鋼體育館 離東湖也很近可以去騎車跑步 酒店大堂還有歡迎茶水 整體都還不錯 價格也挺平價的 值得入住

前台，小銀服務熱情，還給房間做了升級對客人也很友好 酒店位置雖然不在市中心，但是離高鐵站特別近，開車十幾分鍾 坐地鐵三四站，離歡樂谷很近，帶孩子過來玩特別方便，酒店設施比較齊全，1.35的雙床睡着很舒服，房間很大，視野好，房問非常乾淨，安靜，大堂歡迎茶水也很好喝，推薦入住。

酒店服務很好，特別是前台小銀，服務做的特別好，對客人也很有耐心，因為急着走，手機掉在房間了，給前台打電話他們給我拿到前台，開發票的時候前台還幫我打了出來，酒店的早餐很好吃，是自助餐，退房開房都很迅速，性價比挺高的，也會盡量滿足客人的需求，下次再來哦

酒店房間很敞亮，設施很齊全，簡約商務，一進酒店大堂非常的氣派涼快，員工素質都很高，前台小敏服務態度很好，很細心，熱情禮貌，酒店停車方便，前台直接報車牌銷號，房間礦泉水都是免費的，入住體驗感很好。

酒店地理位置還不錯 前台小銀熱情 給客人主動開票 還幫忙打印出來了 床墊睡着很舒服 酒店有一個平價超市裡面有很多特產 房間乾淨衞生 酒店還有免費的停車場 很方便 酒店離高鐵站坐車衹要十幾分鍾 小銀還送了隨手禮 酒店還有免費洗衣服務 整體感覺還不錯 值得推薦

酒店整體感覺還不錯，前台小銀熱情，酒店後花園可以去賞花，你梔子花開了很香，酒店餐廳早餐是自助餐種類很多，酒店離體育館很近，過個馬路就到了，大堂有果糖和茶水 房間也有免費的礦泉水 酒店房間乾淨衞生 ，酒店電梯有三個 上樓很方便 不急 整體感覺還不錯 還有免費的停車場 值得入住哦

前台小銀服務態度很不錯，對客人有熱情，帶孩子來住都很方便，歡樂谷離酒店很近，東湖也是可以和家人一起去散步。酒店前台很好，因臨時有事情不能及時退房，還給我們延遲了退房時間，大堂也有歡迎茶水和糖果，還有發繩，鏡子，卡子，卸粧巾，酒精棉簽等，還有免費的停車場，進出挺方便的，整體來説還不錯，值得推薦哦！

前台小銀主動熱情解決顧客問題，酒店大堂有三個電梯，不用都很方便 酒店，總共八層樓很大裝修風格很喜歡，酒店房間很乾凈，前台小銀服務態度很熱情，酒店餐廳早餐很衞生，種類非常多，酒店附近有東湖歡樂谷，江漢路坐地鐵也很近打車半個小時，酒店打車到武漢火車站衹需15分鐘，酒店前面有一個恩施街可以吃小吃，整體來説還可以，酒店有免費的停車場住店的時候還是挺方便的！下次還來！

酒店裝修的很大氣從武漢站過來衹要十幾分鍾就到了很方便，前台小萬已經提前為我插卡取電服務特別不錯，早餐品種很多選擇性很多牛肉麪好吃！臨街的房間面對着武鋼體育館很熱鬧，七樓的健身房衞生乾淨跑步機很好用，停車場很大有上下兩層出行很方便，大堂又新增了休息區還有小零食，服務越來越人性化了。
