The hotel has a lovely park/garden by the lake. Hotel is nice but a bit rundown. We checked in on Christmas afternoon. In the evening we asked for juice for our kids... They said they have no juice! In the whole hotel!

The best Hotel 🏨 ever in Wuhan. The place is very Relaxing and suitable for any events . The Staffs are very professional, Friendly and helpful. This Hotel is highly recommended to anyone especially family vacation. I love this hotel. 10 out of 10 .

We were very grateful to the staff allowing us to adjust our booking by one day when weather prevented us from making it on the day we booked. The indoor pool is lovely and warm and the kids really enjoyed it. Room was incredible, with views of the lake and so much space. We booked a family suite and it’s basically 2 huge rooms so we had more than enough room for our family, wish we could have stayed longer. Food options were limited and Breakfast was unfortunately not the best, but I’m sure this will improve as more guests are now able to travel here. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to come back here in the future to explore. It seems a very child friendly hotel with lots for kids to do.

The hotel is beautiful, great service, good food, good facilities. Location is quite far from downtown. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool that, to my surprise, opened from 13:30 every day, so if you plan to have morning swims enjoying the sun forget about it.

The environment and service of the hotel are first-class. This business trip was not in the city center, so I simply chose this nearest hotel. I didn't have any expectations, but I didn't expect the environment of the hotel to be so great. The location of the hotel is very quiet, and there are not many people coming on weekends. Compared with the noisy hotels in the city center, it is more quiet. In the evening, I went to the outdoor swimming pool for a swim. There was a lake next to it. It felt really peaceful and comfortable. The service of the hotel was also very warm and thoughtful. Yang Huan, the guy at the front desk, introduced the facilities and venues of the hotel very carefully. The room was also arranged very clean and hygienic. I hope I will have the opportunity to experience it again next time.

I came to Wuhan to attend a meeting and booked the Radisson Hotel. The hotel turned out to be unexpectedly good. I said I really wanted to swim, and the front desk staff Yang Huan was very considerate and helped me arrange a room on the pool side. The indoor pool was right after I got off the elevator, and the blue outdoor pool and the surface of Houguan Lake cleared my mind after a whole day of meetings when I opened the balcony door. I took my kids here specially for Children's Day. After choosing for a long time, I finally decided on this hotel. As expected, I was not disappointed. I was very satisfied with it in all aspects.
