Intercontinental Wuhan Reviews

The room is really clean and large when I checked it was a really late at night, and the front desk has upgraded me to a and bigger room, which has significant view to the bridge of the city. My wife and I really enjoyed it. Also access to outside. It’s convenience to. I want to say the overall well designed hotel.  I also took the picture of the views by comparison in the daytime and nighttime are recommended to anyone this hotel. 

Great place and me being a gym rat the gym was always accessible….

Located at the front of the Wuhan expo center are the intercontinental and Holiday Inn hotels. A good location for a river view and relaxing weekend. I chose the intercontinental, as our experiences at the Shanghai Wonderland and Chongqing Raffles intercontinental had been fantastic. So I booked this for our anniversary with high expectations. The hotel is grand and the rooms are lovely. The lobby cafe where breakfast is served is huge with a venetian style interior and roof. The hotel restaurant serves Cantonese style food and is worth a visit. A few photos attached. The service at the restaurant was sub par, and the bill was wrong, which we got the pleasure of finding out when the restaurant began to ring our room repeatedly around 10pm to ask me to go back and pay 30Yuan extra. Which wasn't a problem, but after 4/5 calls late at night to be told I'd walked out without paying down the phone was disappointing when I paid the bill I had been presented with. On our a trip we were quite disappointed to find out on arrival that the swimming area was completely closed, as this would have been useful information before booking. Our trip to Wuhan was great, but the service at this intercontinental didn't live up to their colleagues and previous experiences.

The environment is phenomenal!! One thing to beware of is when we went to the pool we found out it closes at 9:00pm. We arrived there at 8:30pm and the staff wouldn’t let us in until we had to basically beg.. we only wanted this hotel because of the pool so we were a little disappointed with their attitude. Overall, the experience was very good but there are plenty of other 5-star hotels that are closer to downtown and have the same vibe.

The service is very good and full of humanistic care. It's my first time in Wuhan. Because the hotel I stayed in was great, I left a very good impression on this city. I will come again in the future!

The service of InterContinental is as good as ever. Before I checked in, the customer service lady arranged a room on a high floor according to my preferences. Knowing that it was our first time in Wuhan, she took the initiative to upgrade the river view room for us. The room is very large, the view is first-class, the facilities are complete, the breakfast environment is also good, and the service staff are very enthusiastic and answer all my questions. In short, this is my only choice for Wuhan.

The room is large, with new facilities and a balcony. Downstairs is the riverside, and the view is particularly good. There are not many people staying here, and breakfast is quiet. The service staff will take the initiative to ask about needs. The room staff has a strong sense of service and is very considerate. When the head of the housekeeping department, Xiong, saw us washing clothes, he immediately sent a clothes drying rack to the balcony. Before checking out, Ms. Chen Xiaoling at the front desk helped us to issue the invoice in advance. In short, everything is very warm and convenient! Recommend everyone to experience it.

The second time I stayed there, there were much fewer people than last time, I felt a little emotional. The restaurants in the neighboring hotel were closed. The hotel staff were still so dedicated and responsible. The service was just as warm and thoughtful, which was not easy. Although there were not many people, the morning gathering was still very rich, thumbs up.

Second stay, the environment is very good, the service attitude is good, the room service aunt is very warm and thoughtful, there are many varieties of breakfast, honeycomb honey ~ very thoughtful and sincere, very delicious. It happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival, and a big gift box was given when leaving the hotel🎁

The service quality of InterContinental Hotel is maintained. The hotel is by the river and the rooms are large. It is very convenient to travel without traffic jams. The balcony has very good air and beautiful scenery outside. I would like to especially praise Xiao Wang at the front desk. He patiently helped to solve all the needs raised. He was patient, meticulous, warm and thoughtful, and provided good service.
