1、去之前打電話詢問是否有停車位，前台説沒有，自己找停車位，但可以報銷15元，入住時我問停車怎麼辦，直接跟我説自行解決，沒有報銷，無論什麼原因起碼解釋一下，態度還冰冷；
2、房間沙發是壞的，搖搖晃晃快散架；
3、花灑是壞的，想試一下水温，結果一打開花灑頭都掉了，噴了一身水，衣服濕了；
4、衞生差，前台休息區地面特別臟，房間內衞生間水漬 灰塵隨處可見，地漏蓋子都是隨便打開扔在一邊，給人感覺很不舒服。
