出人意料的好，從服務人員到房間，帶着外國同事出差，直接把她也驚艷了。房間舒適整潔，設施齊全，早餐也很贊。特別感謝門口值班的兩位大哥，知道我們早高峯趕火車着急，跑去外面幫忙叫了出租車，非常感激！

酒店位置非常好，地鐵2號線洪山廣場步行2分鐘，打車或者地鐵，公交到湖北博物館，黃鶴樓，楚河漢街，江漢關都非常便捷。
酒店服務也很讓人滿意，前台和大堂經理都能對住客提出的問題馬上作出答覆和處理。
酒店裝修還是挺新的，房間很舒適，衞生間很乾凈很大很明亮。
酒店早餐，特別是中式做的不錯的，熱乾麪或者湯麪可以天天早上來一碗。
