Your recognition and continuous support will always encourage us to strive for better products and services. As for lobby bathroom, it does require a key to use. Before the key policy came out, many outsiders would come in and use lobby bathroom, creating unpleasant experience for in house guests and cleaning pressure for on duty associates. Apologies for any incurred inconvenience but please always feel free to contact lobby associates for access when no key is in hand. They will be happy to assist.
