Orange Hotel (Wuhan Chuhe Han Street Subway Station) Reviews

I was still on the high-speed train to Wuhan, and the hotel kindly called me to ask what time I would arrive. They would clean the room as soon as possible to ensure that I could check in as soon as I arrived. You can get to the hotel just two steps from the Chuhe Han Street subway exit. It's so convenient. It's surrounded by business districts and takeout is very convenient. The room is very good, clean and tidy, and there is a faint fragrance when you open the door. The whole room is smart, there is no need to plug in a card to get power, and the curtains, lights, and air conditioning all have small help. It is very smart and happy. The overall experience of staying here and the service is great, in line with the price and the Orange brand. The happiest thing is that we wanted to delay check-out for an hour because we had to leave at 2pm. The lady at the front desk who was on duty on the night of 8.5 readily agreed and asked thoughtfully if the delay until 2pm was enough? I took an orange and seeing that I had a manicure, she thoughtfully gave me an orange peeler. Although I didn’t go out to check out more attractions during this trip to Wuhan because it was too hot, I felt very comfortable. I will still choose this hotel when I come back to Wuhan next time.

The room is very clean and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station just outside the door and it is very close to Han Street. The free orange juice and orange candies provided by the hotel are delicious, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The service is very attentive

桔子酒店的品質一直很穩定，所以端午節毫不猶豫還是選擇它。酒店的服務也特別温馨，看見我一個人帶着兩個孩子主動幫忙升級了房型，而且直接幫我拿的小童拖鞋和牙刷，孩子可喜歡了。對了，酒店還有免費的桔子水果，桔子糖，桔子餅乾，味道都很不錯，孩子一口氣吃了5個桔子。一樓的橙汁味道也特別純正。贊！下次繼續選你們。

這家桔子酒店位置便利方便，就在地鐵站楚河漢街A出口出來幾十米，距離武漢站半小時不到的地鐵路程，鬧中取靜。真的很推薦住在這邊，沒有江漢路人那麼多，無論去哪個地方都很方便。 酒店對面就有凱德1818，吃飯喝東西完全不是問題，距離楚河漢街也很近，外賣能機器人送到房間。 服務態度很好呢，尤其是前台的晶晶，入住前致電確認我們幾點到店，看見我訂的無窗房間還給我升級，退房寄存行李還給我送水和小禮品，服務滿分好評。 房間也不錯，乾淨衞生，電視超級大。下次到武漢也會優先考慮住這家酒店，真的強烈推薦。

很滿意～地鐵出來很好找，很方便，進出前台都會熱情打招呼，服務態度也好，每天小朋友會去要兩個橘子，都會給很多，住的很滿意

服務一如既往地好！前台和整理房間的阿姨都特別温暖。地理位置十分方便，去哪裡都很便捷，對面凱德1818吃飯很方便。

整體服務意識和服務態度都很棒，前台備了小桔子，水和咖啡和小零食，前台態度也都非常温和親切。一樓早餐自助雖然品種不如星級那麼豐富。但是食材挺不錯的，熱乾麪和 新裝修的酒店，比較新和智能。有小度和機器人用餐。還有免費自助洗衣房。缺點就是房間空間有些侷促，入住的時候房間打掃的一般，地上還有一根棉簽和頭髮。

前台服務好

9月份住過印象很好，這次又來住了，服務還是一如既往的熱情。交通是真便利，離地鐵站很近，去楚河漢街也很方便

設施：不錯，小度小度語音是亮點。 衞生：好。入住3天，每天打掃衞生都很滿意。 出行：旁邊就是地鐵站，到哪裡都很方便。酒店旁邊就是幾個商圈。 服務：很熱情。
