We have a lovely stay at Kailaixi hotel. Everything is perfect. Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and clean room. We can’t ask more. This hotel is located in the downtown area, opposite the Yellow Crane Tower Park. Compared with the environment of the street, the hotel is eye-catching as soon as you enter the door. The clean and elegant style and the warm service of the hotel front desk made me like this place at first sight. They added my WeChat before I checked in and gave me a detailed introduction on how to get to the hotel. The hotel room is not big, but the details are in place, the facilities are complete, the room is very clean and there is no peculiar smell. I like the layout of the room very much. In short, I will come to the St. Regis Light Luxury Hotel next time I come to Wuhan on a business trip.

I came to Wuhan with my 80-year-old parents, and I came here for the Hilton brand. I was not disappointed. The environment was good, the room was clean and tidy, the mattress was very comfortable, and the girl who checked in, Sensen, was very helpful. The attitude is very good. They call my parents grandparents. It’s so cordial and feels like family. Seeing that my parents are getting older, they upgraded two of my rooms to river view rooms. Standing by the window on the 31st floor, I can see the river outside the window. The night view is panoramic, so beautiful, and the food in the restaurant is quite to my liking. I especially like the hot dry noodles and beef noodles. After the meal, I have some fruit and a cup of American freshly ground coffee. It's very nice! There was a waiter named Zhang Jun who spoke very politely and gently. He made me feel like a spring breeze. He took special care of my parents. I will choose the Hilton brand next time I come to Wuhan!

Environment: The internal environment of the hotel is good. There is an elevated road outside, but the sound insulation is great, and you can't hear it at all after closing the window. Before checking in, I called to inquire about the check-in requirements. Because I booked a parent-child room, I took the initiative to arrange a Peppa Pig theme for us, and the children liked it very much. Our 4 families checked in together and played cards on the table in the lobby at night. The staff was very enthusiastic and provided baked desserts to help us take care of the children. During our stay, our requests such as heating food and needing a thermometer were all met. It's very convenient to live near Hubu Lane when you visit Wuhan for the first time. After all, you can go out to the Yellow Crane Tower and Binjiang Zhonghua Road Wharf, so you don't have to go back and forth, and this restaurant is located in the center of Hubu Lane for seven days.
