When I was checking in, I asked the front desk staff a question, but two of them completely ignored me. I had to ask three times before someone finally responded. I used my room key to open the door and drop off my belongings, then went upstairs to change clothes. When I came back, the key card wouldn't work anymore. There was no power in the room without the card. It was also inconvenient that I had to use a card to access the elevator to get my clothes. Plus, the food delivery robot was very slow.

The room was spacious, comfortable, bright, and clean. The service was excellent, laundry was convenient, staff responded quickly, and robot delivery was very convenient. The location was convenient, and it was great value for money.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are spacious and bright, and they even have a large balcony. I fell in love with it after just one stay and will book this hotel every time I come back!

The room was spacious and the air conditioning was cold enough. The only thing I didn't like was that the toilet and shower were separate, and there was no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great. The external environment was also fantastic. There were many sofas and chairs on the first floor, as well as some books, so you could read or wait for someone. I would highly recommend it if you don't have high requirements for the size of the shower and bathroom.

I stayed here for a week last week and it was great overall, the room was spacious. This week when I came back, they gave me a smaller room, which wasn't a big deal, just that some amenities were missing. But... they cleaned it this morning, and when I came back, the door was unlocked. I called the front desk, and they said the room was open. I haven't heard from them all night. My ID, wallet, and laptop were all in the room; I don't even want to think about what might have happened if they'd been lost. Does this hotel give me any sense of security?
