這家酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台服務熱情，周到，客房打掃也特別乾淨。冬天這個季節出來玩最擔心房間冷，到酒店工作人員説沒有配置空調有點小失望，可沒想到人家酒店有供暖房間特別熱特舒服。工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，非常滿意的一次入住體驗！

不推薦！！！！環境真的很一般，去大西北本來從一個景點到另一個景點就挺遠的，想晚上能休息的好一點，但是茶卡的酒店太一般了，跟招待所的檔次差不多，性價比不高

國慶出遊七天唯一一個差評的酒店，誇大其詞與酒店描述不符，並且酒店被子很臟，其他設施也有不乾淨的，牆上裝修的洞都還在，也沒封住，這個牆都是個木板子隔着了而已
